Charming house in Tours, 2 steps from the banks of the Loire, 5 minutes from the centre, 2 minutes from the motorway, 5 minutes from the airport, easy to access. It will allow you to enjoy the city while being green because the garden of 1000 m2 is very landscaped and flowered in beautiful seasons. The house is very nice, reasonably sized, it can accommodate 5 people with its two independent bedrooms, as well as its two shower rooms. Wifi is not possible but the mobile network is ok.

The residence dates from the 1930s, with an inner courtyard and two troglodyte cellars. The accommodation is on the 1st floor, duplex overlooking the courtyard, with its entrance and a parking option. There is a fully equipped kitchen, semi-open to the living room; a bedroom with good bedding; a second bedroom with two single beds; a laundry room with a washer-dryer and a bathroom with a large shower and double sink. Everything is provided for a good recovery.
