Simple and functional detached house. Quiet country hamlet. Near Tours 20 minutes by car 15 by motorcycle, or tram relay parking at 7km. Ideal location as a base for a nature and culture discovery of the Indre Valley on foot, by bike, and why not by canoe. A charming 1950s mansion in a splendid landscaped and wooded park, in the heart of Touraine, with jacuzzi access. It consists of two bedrooms equipped with TEMPUR memory foam mattresses (including a King-Sixteen bed), a bathroom, an equipped kitchen, a living-dining room and a TV room. A terrace equipped with sun loungers and dining tables will seduce you. All close to all shops and three minutes from the historic center of Tours.
