La Moire welcomes you all year round in an exclusive property, whether by the pool or by the fireplace, in total calm. It is very well located, in the village of Bréhémont, on the banks of the Loire, close to Azay-le-Rideau (9 km), Villandry and Langeais (7 km) and the magnificent castles of the Loire. The house consists of 4 bedrooms for 8 people, Wi-Fi, private parking, heated above-ground pool from April to October depending on weather. Not suitable for people with limited mobility.

The gîte, a single-storey house of 38 m², opens onto a private terrace with plancha and garden furniture. Enjoy a view of the garden and the 12×5 m heated pool, accessible from May to September. Fitted kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, induction hob, Nespresso coffee machine, washing machine), open to a convivial living and dining area, connected flat screen. Relax in this peaceful retreat where you will enjoy the tranquility and radiant surrounding nature. Located in the heart of the Loire Valley, close to castles and vineyards, you will be welcomed in this 17th century residence. Inside the cottage, you have an equipped kitchen open to the living room with a dining area. Upstairs, a large master bedroom in addition to a sleeping area for a child. Outside, access to the swimming pool and wooded garden will extend your relaxation.

L'hiver, la piscine n'est pas disponible. Gite classé 3 étoiles. Ce logement ne convient pas aux personnes à mobilité réduite.

In the grounds of a turreted 15th century château - featured in a number of homes & interiors magazines - this beautifully converted, spacious, former stables is set in glorious gardens with views over our 10-acre truffle orchard. Full of character and charm, thick local limestone stone walls keep the house cool in summer yet cosy during the colder, truffle-hunting months. The covered terrace is perfect for alfresco dining and has an uninterrupted view of the gardens.

Located 6 km from Chinon, on a hill on the edge of a small wood, our two Safari Cassiopée and Orion tents, will welcome you with refinement in the country setting of our Gentilhommière. The Domaine located near the Châteaux of the Loire, is an ideal base for discovering our beautiful region. On your return, you can enjoy a swim in our natural pool, a bath in an authentic castle bathtub, or a Nordic bath over a wood fire.

L'Ecole Buissonnière (pool, air conditioning, parking)

In an old school, we installed a loft in the middle of Saumur. Overlooking a wooded courtyard, you can enjoy 3 bedrooms (2 adult bedrooms and 1 bedroom for 4 children), a large living room and a bathroom. You will also have access to an adjoining classroom in which we have created a 3 m x 3 m indoor pool, heated with counter-current swimming. You'll have the option to park 2 vehicles in the yard.

The Méliromarine

Located in the very pretty village of Bréhémont, on the "La Loire à Vélo" cycle path, the Gîte de La Méliromarine is open year-round for tourist and professional stays (15 km from Avoine). Our Gîte is suitable for couples and families with children for a holiday in the countryside, as well as business travelers looking for a perfectly equipped place to enjoy their evenings and weekends.
