La Moire welcomes you all year round in an exclusive property, whether by the pool or by the fireplace, in total calm. It is very well located, in the village of Bréhémont, on the banks of the Loire, close to Azay-le-Rideau (9 km), Villandry and Langeais (7 km) and the magnificent castles of the Loire. The house consists of 4 bedrooms for 8 people, Wi-Fi, private parking, heated above-ground pool from April to October depending on weather. Not suitable for people with limited mobility.

Gîte located in the Bourgueillois vineyard. The gîte includes an air-conditioned bedroom upstairs, living room with sofa and adult bunk beds, equipped kitchen, shower room, toilet. Relax in this peaceful retreat where you will enjoy the tranquility and radiant surrounding nature. Located in the heart of the Loire Valley, close to castles and vineyards, you will be welcomed in this 17th century residence. Inside the cottage, you have an equipped kitchen open to the living room with a dining area. Upstairs, a large master bedroom in addition to a sleeping area for a child. Outside, access to the swimming pool and wooded garden will extend your relaxation.

Les draps de lits, couvertures, couettes, serviettes et gants de toilettes, torchons de cuisine sont compris. Piscine sécurisée par un abri haut fermant à clé. L'hiver, la piscine n'est pas disponible. Gite classé 3 étoiles. Ce logement ne convient pas aux personnes à mobilité réduite.

In the grounds of a turreted 15th century château - featured in a number of homes & interiors magazines - this beautifully converted, spacious, former stables is set in glorious gardens with views over our 10-acre truffle orchard. Full of character and charm, thick local limestone stone walls keep the house cool in summer yet cosy during the colder, truffle-hunting months. The covered terrace is perfect for alfresco dining and has an uninterrupted view of the gardens.

The Prairie cottage welcomes you in a green and tranquil setting. From the outset, nature takes back its rights. Here you can observe many wild animals.

Wooded garden with hammocks, slide, swings and trampoline. Located in a village, 45 minutes from the Futuroscope and the Loire Valley castles, with 5 bedrooms for 2 to 5 people, it is in a quiet area. Exclusively non-smoking and no pets. I practice French Sign Language a little.

A walk will take you to the Château de Villandry and you will enjoy many other tourist attractions offered by the UNESCO-listed Loire Valley: the famous castles, vineyards, historic districts and shopping in Tours, the Loire Valley cycling tour...

L'Ecole Buissonnière (pool, air conditioning, parking)

In an old school, we installed a loft in the middle of Saumur. Overlooking a wooded courtyard, you can enjoy 3 bedrooms (2 adult bedrooms and 1 bedroom for 4 children), a large living room and a bathroom. You will also have access to an adjoining classroom in which we have created a 3 m x 3 m indoor pool, heated with counter-current swimming. You'll have the option to park 2 vehicles in the yard.

Located in the very pretty village of Bréhémont, on the "La Loire à Vélo" cycle path, the Gîte de La Méliromarine is open year-round for tourist and professional stays (15 km from Avoine). Our Gîte is suitable for couples and families with children for a holiday in the countryside, as well as business travelers looking for a perfectly equipped place to enjoy their evenings and weekends.
