Monthly Rentals in Monument

Starla’s basement apartment was so peaceful, well thought out, and easy to settle into. My toddler and I stayed here, and she had everything she needed (high chair, Pack’nPlay, toys, and even a sound machine! - which I forgot at home) what was even more impressive, was that there weren’t a bunch of little knickknacks my toddler was able to get into. AND, it still looked and felt tastefully decorated! The King Size bed off the living room was very comfortable and I had no problems falling asleep. Even though the host and her family live in the home right above, I hardly noticed their footsteps. If you’re accustomed to living in an apartment (like I am), I can guarantee you, that your apartment neighbors are much louder - even if they’re incredibly quiet. Staying in this part of Monument amongst the pines was truly a breath of fresh air. Don’t hesitate on booking. Trust me, it’s worth every penny!

Clean and easy, great views around the neighborhood made walking the dog less of a chore

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this little hide-away! The unit was clean, bright and comfortable for our family. Beds were super comfy and the kitchen was perfect. We made multiple meals and never had to worry about a utensil, pot, pan or anything else! Wish we could have enjoyed the deck more, but the weather had different plans. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. We loved being able to walk to cafes, the ice cream shop and other places in historic downtown Monument.

Was perfect for what we needed. Close to food and a neighborhood playground. Eric was responsive and made sure our stay was great! Highly recommend this airbnb!
