In the area there are a number of great places to visit, as well as hiking opportunities in the mountains and along the coast.

The house was completely renovated in 2023. The living area is 100m2 and contains three bedrooms, three bathrooms and a large kitchen/living room. From the living room there is an exit to a partially covered terrace of 60 m2. Bedroom 1: Double bed 180x200 cm Bedroom 2: Two beds of 90 cm Bedroom 3: 1 bed 120 cm + 1 bed 90 cm. Door out to the terrace Bathroom 1: located in connection with bedroom 1. Contains shower, toilet, washing machine and dryer. Bathrooms 2 and 3 are located by the front door. The mini house by the woods

Listen to the birds sing in the woods outside while you sit in the large window, drink your morning coffee and study the Romsdal mountains. The mini house is centrally located, but undisturbed, on the outskirts of a forest in the center of Isfjorden. Strap on your skis outside the door and go to some of Romsdal's most famous mountains. Or sit on the couch and watch Romsdalseggen you walked earlier in the day. The mini-house has a small and functionally equipped kitchenette (fridge and two hobs) where you can cook simple dishes.

Jenstad is the starting point for trips to Åmotan where 4 rivers meet with 3 amazing waterfalls. You live 5-10 minutes walk from the gorge where the water is thrown down and ends in a shower where the rainbow appears on sunny days. You live on the farm Jenstad with historic buildings from the 1700s where history can be read in every log both inside and outside. Please note that the room height inside the apartment is about 195 cm with a load-bearing beam that is about 170 cm between the hallway and the living room.

Stranda is centrally located between the UNESCO World Heritage site of Geiranger, the mountain pass Trollstigen and the Art Nevou town of Ålesund with approximately 1 hour drive in each direction.
