Apartment is even more spacious than the photos showed. Sabine was quite responsive and flexible. It’s well located and overall a great value for money! The outside area could be even better with some weeds removed but it was great to enjoy the good weather we got in the weekend.

We enjoyed our evening very much, the setting was nice. Warm hosting, the jaccuzi was really perfect as was the room. We will recommend to friends 😊

We had a lovely time at Carine and Sébastien's. When we arrived, the little note left on the bed made us so happy. The place is quiet and conducive to relaxation. The room was clean, the hanging bed is very comfortable, and the hot tub was a real plus to relax. We also opted for an optional massage, as well as a delicious and hearty breakfast. We took advantage of nearby activities, such as visiting the Parc du Chateau de Fontainebleau and a boat ride. A big thank you to our hosts for their warm welcome!

Wonderful experience. Michèle has a very nice house - spacious, stylish, comfortable, lots of amenities (including beds, toys and books for children of different ages), great view, in a good location on the river that's quiet, close to good bakeries, supermarkets, restaurants and a late shop. I enjoyed using the kitchen. Parking is easy as well both on the property and on streets nearby. Perfect place to stay at for a visit to the Fontainebleau area. Michèle herself is very nice and helpful. She left very good instructions on the house and some recommendations. I appreciate the information she gave on the sleeping arrangements for children.

Superb accommodation, everything is new, beautiful, clean. The kitchen is well equipped, some very practical consumables so you don't need to go out at night. Breakfast ingredients for self-catering in the morning. Excellent WiFi Friendly host, thanks for the late check-in! Only point to consider: it's the countryside, no delivery possible, so you have to go out to Sens in the evening for restaurants. The good trade-off: it's very quiet, perfect for spending a very good night!

Very good experience, welcoming host and impeccable accommodation. Excellent cinema service and very pleasant jacuzzi Missing may be a few small items to perfect (broom, microwave, laundry rack, sofa) that could further improve the comfort that is already optimal. We had breakfast in addition no regrets 👌 Thanks again for staying!

Well-located apartment in a quiet area, very pretty and provided with all the comforts for a pleasant stay. Dedicated parking space. Perfect cleanliness. We had everything we needed for breakfast and essentials for a meal at home. Delphine is very nice and always available for any questions. Highly recommended

We stayed at the property as we wanted access to all the bouldering in Fontainebleau and this was a perfect location only a 5 minute drive from some of the popular spots. The hosts were so helpful with giving us recommendations for supermarkets and restaurants - we always felt like we could get what we needed. There is also an electric charging point which is a 2 minute walk from the apartment which was perfect for charging our car overnight. Thanks for a lovely stay! :)

Was a great apartment really close to the heart of town. Would definitely recommend.

We spent a week in the apartment. Finding the place was very easy. We used Uber a few times. Check in and out straight forward. The place is as advertised. Entry through courtyard with 2 other apartments all ground level. Place is quite clean and efficient. We didn’t cook but there were a stove and an oven. Espresso maker with pods to use which is great every morning, and kettle for hot water and a variety of tea types available. Enough cupboards for storage with hangers. 2 separate bedrooms. Bathroom with excellent shower and soap and towels. No smoking smell 👍There is a dedicated parking place but we didn’t have a car. Joss was very responsive and answered my texts through rbnb within an hour. Would come back again.

Visiting to drop off our child for a climbing stay on Fontainebleau, we had a very good night. A beautiful bedroom, quiet, bathroom and independent toilet. Claire welcomed us in a very friendly way and was good advice, restoration, access and visit to the castle. We recommend

Loved our stay. Everything was perfect. The welcome, the comfort of the cabin, the cleanliness, the king's breakfast, the quiet and soothing environment. I definitely recommend it for a magical and unusual moment!

We are always looking for places that have the special, the extraordinary. Hotels and rooms that resemble each other like an egg the other is like sand by the sea. Josette makes you feel like you're staying in a small museum. The location is great, you can reach Sens train station in about 15 minutes, from which you can take the SNCF directly to Paris on non-stop. Nearby (30-60 mins by car) there are many historical attractions. If you're a guest of Josette, don't miss the great dinner. Trditional French cuisine in perfection, we enjoyed the multi-course dinner, it was just a pity that we couldn't eat at Madame's place on 2 days as we had taken longer trips. Great weekend at Emma and Franck's. The hosts are particularly welcoming and warm! The cottage is close to the train station and the center, very convenient for those who do not have a car, we will be back!!
