Exquisite individual chalet with private hot tub and wood-fired barrel sauna, La Petite Forêt is a perfect alpine retreat with views of Mont Blanc and more. Sunny garden with bbq etc gives onto to pine forest. Walk or cycle straight from the garden on car-free paths, winter and summer. Secluded yet close to village (400m), lift (700m), XC ski trails (100m). Private parking. Light and airy open plan living / kitchen / dining area, new handmade kitchen with granite surfaces & modern appliances.

Once two interlinking apartments (total of 120 m2), the layout of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 sitting rooms is perfect for families or groups of friends. The apartment has its own entrance and boot room and opens on to a private meadow with dining area and BBQ. The village of Samoens is just a short drive away.

Profitez d'un grand séjour ouvert, d'une cuisine équipée, 3 chambres avec salle de bain privées dans chaque chambre. dépaysement total avec vue panoramique sur les montagnes. Le ski bus gratuit passe à 1.5km de la ferme et vous accompagne jusqu'aux télécabines de Morillon. Parfait pour amoureux de nature, ski, rando, VTT. Un havre de paix alpin été comme hiver.

Appartement plein de charme, très confortable, 5 couchages, au pied des pistes dans la station de Morillon-les Esserts (Grand Massif : Flaine, les Carroz, Samoëns, Sixt). Entièrement rénové en 2020. Situé dans une résidence à 50 mètres des remontées mécaniques et au cœur du village, à côté des commerces (boulangerie, supérette, bar à vin, pub, restaurants, tabac presse, location de ski…) Il est au dernier étage-5ème avec ascenseur, très lumineux avec une vue panoramique sur station & montagnes.

Un petit chalet idéal pour une famille de 2 adultes et 2 enfants au pied des montagnes à 1.8 kms des pistes de ski de la station de morillon et du domaine du grand massif (flaine, samoens, les carroz). Vous pourrez profiter du ski de piste, ski de fond, raquettes ..... Une jolie vue sur les montagnes vous attend. Nous pourrons vous guider dans la découverte de la vallée. Nous pouvons vous fournir les draps et les serviettes de bain pour 10 euros par personne.

Vous serez à 4km du parking des remontées mécaniques de Morillon et du magnifique lac bleu de Morillon. Place de parking dans la cour. Couchages : 1 chambre avec lit 2 places (la chambre ne dispose pas de fenêtre). Cuisine entièrement équipée. Nombreux rangements.
