All rooms have windows. One car parking space is available on the property for the holiday home. If you need parking for multiple cars or vans, there are parking spaces available nearby. The S-Bahn station, the ferry terminal and the outdoor swimming pool are about 500 metres away. There are a wide range of options for hikes and excursions in the surrounding area.

It has a large and a small bedroom, a bathroom with shower and toilet and a guest toilet. Ideal for individuals, couples and families with 1-2 children. The 4 bikes and the grill can be used free of charge. Tram stops, supermarkets and restaurants are easily accessible. The house is not just a vacation home. The cozy coach house in the rear of the property of Villa Golding on the edge of the Dresden Heath offers special charm. On the first floor, you will find the living area with kitchen and dining area. There is also a bedroom with 2 single beds, from which you enter the terrace. On the first floor, there is a bathroom with a freestanding bathtub and shower. On the 2nd floor, there is another bedroom with a double bed and an attached bathroom with a toilet and sink.
