La Brijolie 450 m from La Biroire beach

House of around 80m² in a village close from the beach of La Biroire. 4 star classification obtained in 2021. Completely refurbished and nicely decorated in a cosy and warm style. Dining room/lounge, opened kitchen and toilets on the ground floor. 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with toilets upstairs. The proprerty also has a large inner courtyard of 45m² with a nice terrasse and a barbecue to enjoy the oleron sunny days. The beach of La Biroire is 5mn walk away.
