The studio is located on the first floor, has its own private entrance, and is completely separate from our living area, except for the shared staircase. We place great value on sustainability – our home is heated with geothermal energy and we generate our electricity with a solar PVsystem. Experience the special feeling of starting your day with a clear conscience. Right next to the main entrance, there is a free parking space available.

The apartment impresses with its stylish furnishings, a modern study and a luxurious bathroom. This oasis of well-being features an exclusive hot tub, a shower (with a steam sauna) and a spacious garden area with a private gazebo. The kitchen (microwave & coffee machine) is also used on working days (8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.) by our lawyer, who has his office in the front part of the property. Nani's Höckli in Appenzellerland

Enjoy a few relaxing days in Appenzellerland. The vacation apartment is located in the basement of a detached house in the sunny Rehetobel. The apartment has a small but fully equipped kitchen and a double bed. A small TV and Wi-Fi are also available. The outdoor seating area is equipped with a small garden table and a fireplace. Rehetobel is easily accessible by public transport. The apartment is in the middle of the village.

Das Studio befindet sich im UG des Gebäudes in einem autofreien Quartier. Es hat grosse Fenster, die auf einen gedeckten Balkon zum Garten gehen. Eine Mikrowelle vorhanden. Waschen ist möglich, das mache ich für fie Gäste und putze die Maschinen. Nach Wunsch kann selber aufgehängt oder der Tumbler benutzt weden. Den reinige ich anschliessend. Preis Fr. 10.00
