Modern open plan cottage. Two en-suite bedrooms both with access to enclosed balcony to soak up the beautiful countryside views. Comfortable lounge with TV, DVD and basicWiFi opening on to kitchen/diner which is well equipped for a self catering break including an oven with hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer and table with seating. There is an additional cloakroom downstairs.Off road parking to side of property and seating area to the front looking over the tranquil valley.

Wonderfully situated in the heart of Exmoor

Stable Cottage at Yealscombe Farm is beautifully situated at the head of a stunning valley surrounded by fields and woodland. One of 3 character cottages nestled around a cobbled yard. Yealscombe is a 20 minute walk from Exford which is a pretty and unspoilt village with 2 good pubs, and shop. We are centrally located in the National Park and so make a great base from which to explore the miles of stunning walking. Only an hour from the fabulous North Devon beaches of Croyde and Saunton Sands.

Little Hoops, cosy converted barn

Little Hoops is our cosy converted barn with original beams and underfloor heating throughout making it ideal for a break away at any time. We lovingly restored it with our family a number of years ago and have enjoyed making it a special place to stay, we often joke that it is far nicer than our own home! The barn has a courtyard garden with table and chairs and is close to the local pub, The Crealock Arms. The coast is a 10 min drive away while shops, cafes etc approx 5 mins in a car.

Putsborough surfing beach is a 25 minute walk via fields or via a lane. or 5 minute drive. The Kings Arms and 17th century Rock Inn serving gastro pub food are 1 minute and a 4 minute walk away.

Our charming cottage is in a fabulous location right on Ilfracombe's historic Quay. We overlook the harbour, beach and the lifeboat station; Tunnels beach and wedding venue are nearby. The rear courtyard hides a secret sunny garden complete with table and chairs perfect for alfresco dining and a secluded hot tub. The top floor bedrooms have water views either of the harbour or the Bristol Channel, and our garden room has space for wet gear, boards and bikes! Dogs are welcome.

Cottage by watermill - 4 mins stroll to beach

Miller's Cottage is located next to our 16th century watermill and award winning tearoom (Hele Cornmill). Ideal for families : children can have a go at milling flour in the mill and have a go at counting the wooden mice and millstones. 5 min walk to Hele's dog friendly beach and a dog/family friendly pub serving good food. There are lots of walks from the cottage either on the South West Coastal Path or into the hills of Berrynarbor.
