The location is really incredible, the place is super romantic... Definitely an experience to do once in a lifetime.. The welcome was perfect... Maybe for the price I paid I would give more attention to breakfasts, especially those particular without lactose and vegan.. There are many people who may not choose vegan breakfast only by choice but also because maybe it is semi intolerant to lactose and in our case I had to taste the yogurt before I realized that it was not vegetable.. I would try to make breakfast the same for everyone and maybe also give those who are vegan the opportunity to have yogurt, etc.For the rest, everything was perfect

I booked Catalina's apartment for my parents who had to travel to Alessandria at short notice for family reasons. Everything went smoothly, Catalina was very friendly and helpful - although my parents did not contact me half an hour before arrival as agreed. Clean apartment that has everything you need. Both the accommodation and Emanuela's efforts exceeded expectations. She was always on hand with assistance - from unlocking the stove top I had inadvertently managed to lock, to providing extra bedding as the city had turned off the central heating for Spring, but we were experiencing a cold snap. Emanuel also kindly encouraged me to use the electric heater as much as I liked, as coming from tropical Queensland, I was finding it chilly in Acqui Terme. The location of the apartment is perfect - close to the station and all the attractions. The apartment is decorated impeccably, so that it feels like a proper vacation in a thoughtfully styled apartment - all the little details made a difference. Emanuela is genuinely interested in making your stay as comfortable as possible -11 out of 10!

Daniele was an amazing host, super responsive and friendly. The communication from the beginning ran smoothly! The airbnb itself was super clean, with a big and clean bathroom, lots of clean towels and the bed super comfortable. We loved that the accommodation had a mini bar with lots of snacks. The metro is right on the corner, and the milan central only 10’ away by metro. Totally recommend! We had a comfy and safe stay.

Rafaella has thoughtfully upgraded the bed, which was a much-appreciated improvement. The hosts are approachable, responsive, and always willing to assist. The apartment's location is ideal, nestled in a vibrant neighborhood filled with an array of food and beverage options. Additionally, the metro station is conveniently just a few steps away, making it perfect for exploring the city.
