The house faces south towards the water and overlooks a gorgeous blueberry field that turns a majestic shade of deep red in the fall. On the edge of our family homestead overlooking meadow & forest, this tiny house offers a quiet, cozy refuge only 40 minutes from Acadia National Park. There's a twin daybed on the ground floor & a double futon in the loft. Full kitchen & tiny bathroom with shower too. A heat pump keeps the place toasty warm or nice and cool. Most ANP trails, carriage roads and lakes are about 10mins drive from the house. This newly refinished house is very spacious, with a large picnic area in the backyard and a nice deck to relax in the evenings. Open concept living space allows for increased family interactions.

Seawall Cottage, Acadia National Park

Seawall Cottage is all about the view. This oceanfront gem borders Acadia National Park, affording a sweeping vista of the park’s magnificent seawall and pristine, craggy coastline beyond. From the 68-foot deck, or from the seawall itself, guests may spot seals leaping for fish, ospreys hurtling to the water’s surface for a catch, and bald eagles soaring above, all against an ever-changing seascape that is stunning in any kind of weather. The house is 8-minutes by car to charming SW Harbor.

Lillebo

Lillebo is set near the end of a dead end road with a five minute walk yielding views over Frenchman's bay with Sorrento in the near view and Winter Harbor and Bar Harbor in the long view. This homey house is set about 200 feet from the road with no neighbors in direct view. There’s a screen porch on one end of the house and a garage on the other. In the garage there is a ping pong table, corn hole, darts and bikes. There are three adult bikes, one youth bike and one kids bike.

Bungalow with Swimming Cove

The view from the covered porch of this 3-bedroom Bungalow, a bathing house, built in the early 1900s, is an ever exploding fusion of white and black birds taking wing over the island out front with swimming cove nearby. Grandfathered to sit right on the shoreline, the Bungalow is a variation of house with swimming pool, only it's the ocean, not a swimming pool. The view from this house with swimming cove is the reason why you should rent this house.
