ENTIRE PRIVATE GUEST SUITE
“Andrea and Quentin were SWEET and AMAZING HOSTS! They made us feel at home during our entire stay! Their basement- apartment is chic and beautiful! The cleanliness of their place is superb. There were little intricate touches within their place. There is a small bulletin board in the bedroom with numerous recommendations of places to visit and eat in the area. There was also a METRO card for guests to use and recharge during their visit. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. Andrea and Quentin really go ABOVE and BEYOND to make their guests feel at home! I recommend this place to anyone!”
A cozy and cute apartment in Mount Rainier, MD. We live in the Art District and are minutes away from Washington, DC. We have on-street parking and are closest to the Michigan and Rhode Island Avenues.
“This place has everything you need for a longer stay! It's located conveniently close to DC and has some shops around to grab a bite or groceries. We mostly enjoyed the yard with our pup (not many Airbnbs offer a fenced backyard!), the laundry, the heaters, the kitchen and some nice books. We wished to have Roku or Netflix on the TV so remember to bring a laptop if you need such entertainment. We actually took the excuse to cozy up in the smaller bed by the bookshelves with a book or watching movies on the laptop :) You may get additional guests upstairs but the hosts are always prompt to communicate with you and accommodate both suites equally, especially if coming with other dogs to share the yard with. If you want to grab a bite close by, I absolutely recommend the Riverdale plaza where you can find places like Whole Foods & more. We recommend this place and did not disappoint”
After enjoying a long day of exploring, evening of delicious food and nightlife, or weekend of University events, come home to a newly renovated apartment, enjoy a fire in the fire pit and listen to the birds in our gem of a DC neighborhood! It is quiet and friendly yet close to downtown AND multiple Universities. Our modern and newly renovated home is close to several public transportation options that make enjoying museums and monuments easy. Come, relax, and enjoy!
“I had a really wonderful stay as Chris's place which is absolutely lovely. The place is as advertised and is very very clean. Chris responds quickly and provides great assistance. The place is well equipped, from bedroom, to bathroom to the lounge. Chris and Anne have given good thought to what a person would need and have provided those extra special touches so that you can enjoy your stay. There is a an electronic code open and lock key pad which was helpful so that you don't worry about carrying and losing keys. There is tea, coffee, sugar, oil, salt and pepper that you can use, which was very thoughtful and helpful. There are many extra blankets and a space heater. It is a about a 8 minute walk to the bus stop to the metro and you can take any of the buses so you don't have to wait a long time. The bus costs $2 and it can take you to Rhode Island Row, where there are some restaurants and local grocery shops. If you take an Uber is will cost about $8 - $12. I would definitely stay here again and would love to stay here in the summer to use the bikes they provide in order to get around.”
