We will be back! Michael was a great host, everything was as described. Clean 10/10, communication 10/10, comfort 10/10. Very easy to relax and enjoy time with family here. Highly recommend!

Very responsive and accommodating. A snow storm arrived during our stay. FFB was a perfect place to be! The local store had everything we needed & Jay’s place was nice and cozy! The large patio windows offered picturesque views of the snow falling- It was like being in a small town Hallmark movie! We highly recommend for a winter holiday stay!!

The place is great my kids where happy it was raining we didn’t get to go out side but it was great the host was very responsive and helpful thank you everything was clean and comfortable

The location was perfect. We were there for high school golf and loved the convenience of being close to the golf course. The host was very responsive and flexible.

The studio was exactly as described. It was clean, comfortable, and decorated adorably. The host was super responsive and left an envelope with recommendations for restaurants and things to do. The bathroom was large, the shower was amazing, and well-stocked with tons of towels. The only thing to be aware of is there are no curtains or blinds on the large windows/sliding door so be mindful of that. This is shown in the pictures, but may not be immediately noticeable. Other than that, this place was wonderful. Would definitely recommend.

Our stay at Rocky Top Falls was beyond what we expected! Miguel and Rachel are phenomenal hosts! They are friendly and communicate awesome! The space and location are better than the pictures. We enjoyed the views so much we asked Miguel if he could connect us with a photographer. He did and we had family photos taken! We had three families there and more than enough room! They had everything we needed for kids aging from 3 months to 10 yo. They have thought of everything! This stay would be a great choice for groups of all sizes looking for beautiful views and wonderful accommodations! Tyler & Lindsay

We had a great stay at Melissa's lakeside retreat. Our group had plenty of room and enjoyed playing games around the large table. Everything was super clean and comfortable and we loved waking up to the beautiful view of the lake. I highly recommend staying at Melissa's place if you travel to the Fairfield Bay area. She was a fabulous host and made us feel right at home.

We were extremely pleased with our stay. We were in the area for basketball games and needed something with several bedrooms. This house is very spacious. We felt right at home nice and cozy! Everything was very clean. If we are ever in the area again we would stay without hesitation.

We really enjoyed staying at Hans cabin, we had to be in the area for meetings all week so we didn’t get to spend as much time at the cabin as we would’ve liked but when we got home it was very comfortable and relaxing. Would definitely stay there again.

Debbie and Ken were so friendly and provided unexpected Scones, and a bottle of Champagne for our Anniversary. Their home was clean and inviting. We fished and enjoyed the Dock and fire pit. We caught several small rainbow trout and my husband caught a nice Brown trout, all released, and waiting just for you. The location is close to town, and we especially enjoyed the Little Red River. It wont matter if you're fishing, or just relaxing, you won't find a nicer place to get away from it all. we plan on returning.

Me & my son came for a fishing tournament on Greers Ferry Lake. The place was great for the time we spent there, was boater friendly. The only thing is the house has a bit of cigarette smell, if you are not a smoker you will notice it but it was not a deal breaker for us. Thanks again Chris

Great spot to relax and play on the lake. Very clean and neat. Loved the back patio and fire pit!! Jennifer was very responsive and extremely flexible. We will be back!

This place was a fantastic stay! Very peaceful and clean. We were able to catch a few trout right off the dock. Host was responsive to any questions I had. The only down side is there isn’t a washer or dryer. I didn’t realize this when I booked, which is my mistake. However, there is a laundromat just a short drive away. We will be staying again when we visit next year!

Great house. This was our second time staying at Stephanie’s home on Little Red River. Will definitely like to stay again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house, screened-in deck, terrace, lake access, and location were all great. Hope we have an opportunity to stay again some time in the future.

We loved our time at Tricia's place, it was such a beautiful place, exactly like the pictures depicted, clean, and comfortable. There were very clear instructions for everything and the house had everything we needed while we were there. Very relaxing getaway, highly recommend.

Trudy’s house was great! It was a home away from home. The beds were very comfortable. Shower was great, and we used the washer and dryer too. I absolutely love where it’s located. Just a bit outside of Mountain View in the countryside. The surrounding area was beautiful. Trudy was very responsive when I asked questions. I absolutely recommend this place! You won’t be disappointed.

We had a great stay at JD’s place. Spacious common rooms and some different toys to entertain the kids was a bonus. Home was clean and well stocked. Everything was as described. Beds were comfortable. Layout worked nicely too. Would definitely stay again if we’re ever in the area!

We were staying in Tim's Little Red River Cottage as we visited Harding University for their annual spring sing. Tim's place had ample beds for our family of 6, plenty of space for us to stretch out and plenty of amenities for a relaxing weekend. We were able to walk and bike in the quiet neighborhood, Fish off of the dock and canoe, read from the great library of books, enjoyed the fireplace on a cool morning, enjoyed the screened in porch, used the Blackstone grill and had some fantastic family time. Thank you for allowing your place to be used as it was a blessing to our family.

Matt’s place was cozy and comfortable. We enjoyed the natural setting, loved sitting on the deck with my morning coffee, and walking down to the water. Beds were comfortable and showers were good. The water pressure in the master bathroom sink was a rather poor but we managed. Great place!

Katie went over and above to make sure our stay was perfect! We would definitely recommend to anyone wanting a great place to stay inside out! Thank you so much!

Our family of 11 (8 adults and 3 children) had a wonderful stay! Plenty of space, comfy beds, beautiful surroundings, house was clean and well-stocked. Host was responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!
