We are located 2.5 km from Somail, a typical village on the banks of the Canal du Midi (30 minutes on foot along a path lined with vineyards). A 3-minute walk from all the shops: supermarket, pharmacy, tobacconist's, hairdresser, beautician, launderette and restaurants. Also ideal for workers on the move!

One convertible room downstairs with bathroom, perfect for those with limited mobility. TV for your own sign in to Netflix etc (not live TV channels)

Free parking for your vehicle 10 metres away (motorcycle garage) Line B bus to the city centre nearby. A 32-inch TV is available for you to use in the studio.
