This is a fantastic villa! Brand new, spotlessly clean and really well equipped. Everything had been thought of, including washing powder, first aid to name a couple. Really beautiful, warm pool and outdoor area. It’s as good as it looks! Lovely peaceful surroundings but within walking distance of the beach and great restaurants. Really great hosts, who were super responsive and helpful, meeting us on arrival, showing us round the villa and then sending on loads of info about local places to see and eat. Cannot rate this highly enough!

We loved our stay at Kyriakos and Christina’s villa, the place is stunning with the most amazing views. The place was spotless with everything needed for our stay. Instructions on how to get there were very helpful and Kyriakos greeted us upon arrival, despite us being earlier than we thought. He was a perfect host, making us feel very welcome. I would recommend this villa and would recommend hiring a car to visit Tsivili and Planos for evenings out

This villa is a gem! As first time visitors to Kefalonia, this turned out to be the perfect location for our family of 5 (2 adults + 3 teenagers). Peaceful, with gorgeous views from every bedroom and a magnificent pool area, but close enough to Argostoli and other towns to make restaurants, shopping, church, etc doable. Even though it's near the airport, there was no noise and I think we honestly only saw one plane take off. I feel like you do need a car to get around the island. It was a bit difficult to find initially, but we figured it out and our host met us at the villa, which was such a nice touch. The house is amazing, super clean with every amenity you would need (ironing board + iron, hair dryers, washing machine, drying rack, full kitchen, plenty of towels). We even found a bottle of wine, bread and fruit for us on check-in. We would absolutely stay here again in a heartbeat if we're ever lucky enough to return to Kefalonia. It was magic!

We had a fantastic stay at this house! The location was perfect for exploring and discovering all the beautiful spots around. The host was very friendly and communicated well, making our experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

My stay here was just what my partner and I wanted! We traveled in the off-season so not much was open except in the main city (no tourist restaurants or beach cafes), but exploring the city by the water was wonderful, plenty to eat and see. The stay was wonderful! Nice bathroom, beautiful outdoor area, and great company from the kitties. We were shown in and given plenty of information. Only down side was the bed…not the most comfortable sleep ever, but the beauty surrounding made up for it. ;) Thank you!

Our stay at Dennis’ place couldn’t have been better. It was comfortable, clean and had everything we needed for an 11-day stay. Dennis was incredibly kind and accommodating from start to end, checking in regularly and giving us recommendations for things to do in Zakinthos. 100% recommend Dennis’ place and will be staying there again if we ever return to Zakinthos.

Nikos' place was better than advertised. The patio/veranda overlooking the port of Zakynthos was stunning and made for a lovely location for morning coffee or evening wine. Nikos was very responsive and he took extra care with providing recommendations that we followed. He was flexible in helping us arrive due to some street construction that popped up ...he met us where we were stuck and guided us in. Very friendly gentlemen. The beds and linens were plentiful and the apt was walkable to many locations but up on the hill so it was quiet. Lovely stay that exceed expectations. Thanks Nikos!

A great location and studio, barely 5 minute walk into the port and all the amenities. Dimitris was an excellent host, we attended a local concert together one evening which was great fun and his restaurant recommendations were perfect.

Cordial & welcoming apartment. Balcony is amazing. Beds are very comfortable. Perfectly & strategically situated in the beautiful Greek town of Argostoli. There is free parking right at the street intersection & mini market is a 5 min walk. Minor improvements can be made in bathroom & shower / and home essentials products. Definitely recommend. I will be back very soon to Argostoli.

The place was great the hostess was very attentive. The place was equipped with all you need coffee machine kettle a and so on. great location , close to the old bridge ,beautiful view from the porch. about 200 m from the place to the north there is a fine place that serve breakfast and dinner

The place was beautiful, cozy, and clean. Good kitchen amenities. Large terrace with a beautiful view of the sea. Great location, good accessibility to the whole island. The locals were very friendly and kind. They also brought us a welcome cake and were interested if everything was fine. I recommend

Maria's Studios was the perfect choice for our family vacation. The apartment was beautifully decorated and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The spacious veranda was perfect for eating, reading or just staring at the stars. The location was ideal for exploring the island. The nearby village offered a peaceful and authentic Greek experience with a small mini market and an exceptional restaurant. The beach at the bottom of the hill is also lovely with crystal clear waters and lots of snorkelling. Katerina and her daughter were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home, they treated us like part of their family. They also provided valuable recommendations for local restaurants, beaches, and activities. We highly recommend Maria's Studios to families looking for a charming and affordable accommodation in Kefalonia. The combination of comfortable amenities, a convenient location, and friendly hosts made it an unforgettable experience.

A beautiful apartment in a quiet place in Sami. It has all the necessities and a nice balcony.

very beautiful building and very beautiful interior. it really stands out for its cleanliness it is absolutely spotless and the hallways smell beautiful. The apartment itself has been designed to an extremely standard. it most definitely deserves and justifies its luxury name. the air con was fabulous the water was hot the beds were comfy. and the technology was modern. free netflix which was a plus and very lovely host. and more than one balcony to sit at

Excellent accommodation for 2 adults & 1 child. 5 to 7 mins walk into town, which has numerous great restaurants. Private pool was excellent with bedroom & bathroom all spotless. Fresh linen & towels provided during stay. Perfect accommodation & location but it does require climbing some stairs so please bear this in mind.

Everything as described, Fotis and his wife proved to be super helpful and welcoming. They gave us a lot of useful information about places to visit, beaches, restaurants and activities. Everything was perfect!!

A great place to relax, I definitely recommend it for people who value peace and quiet. Hosts who are helpful but very discreet, don't interfere with their stay. A clean, spacious, and well-equipped apartment. Thanks to it, we could make a small breakfast and go right after it to explore the island. We almost always consumed breakfast on the side tables located in front of the mansion in the shade of palm trees. Thanks to this, we had a beautiful view of the Ionian Sea. If internet is needed, the apartment has a great wifi signal. If you arrive by car, it is possible to park in a place shaded by olive trees. So the car wasn't warmed up. I recommend it with a pure heart!

Nice place and clean In the center of the country above the pedestrian street. The only negative thing we understand was parking lot

We had a lovely stay at Manolis's house. It is within walking distance of everything that Sami has to offer and close to many of the local beaches. Highly recommend for both short and long stays in Keflonia.

Dimitri is a very friendly and great host. I hope to stay here again the location is great and short walk into argostoli centre. Perfect little getaway.

We had a very enjoyable stay. Angelo and his mother were very friendly and helpful. The accommodation is in a lovely location, is compact and clean and all the amenities , air con, WiFi etc. worked well. It is a little remote unless you have a car, but that suited us ok as we enjoy walking. It’s about 15-20 minutes to Tsivili and apart from the Restuarent in the Erietta development next door, the nearest ones are a 10 minute walk away.
