The 40 m² apartment is located in a quiet, idyllic location on our three-sided courtyard. Stepping out of the apartment, you are immediately on the terrace belonging to your apartment. The 2 beds are 1 m wide and 2 m long, 1 sofa bed is 2×2 m, very comfortable as a 3rd bed. You can hike through the vineyards in 15 minutes and reach the Seußlitzer Schloß (castle). The Elbe cycle path is only 400 m away from us. You can relax in the natural Goltzscha pool. perfect. Parking and 2 bicycles are free of charge.

Die schöne Stadt Leipzig (Hauptbahnhof) kann euch mit dem Auto über die A14 in 20 min. begrüßen. Den Leipziger Zoo und die Redbull Arena sowie das „Völki“ sind ca. 10 min vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt. Unser Wohnung ist für Kurz- und Langzeitbuchungen ausgestattet. 2 km entfernt liegt die Seenlandschaft zum relaxen.

We rent a small apartment in our straw bale house in Markkleeberg. The property is quietly located, not far from the Markkleeberger lake. You can expect a 1-bedroom apartment in a quiet location, with its own kitchen and small bathroom. The outdoor area invites you to linger. Between chickens and ducks you can relax wonderfully. Our modern furnished apartment is located in the old town directly opposite the Rossmann drugstore. From the apartment you can look at the beautiful Triebisch (river) and is very quiet despite the central location. In the immediate vicinity, all the sights in the city can be reached on foot. The S-Bahn station Altstadt is 5 minutes away. Parking in front of the door is subject to a charge of €5 per day, but if you drive 500 m further, it is free of charge.

The guest apartment is located in the completely newly converted attic of our house. It includes a living area with kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a large bathroom. The nearest supermarket is less than 1 km away and the bakery is only a 2-minute walk. If necessary, a bread roll service is possible on Saturdays. Riesa is located approximately midway between the cities of Leipzig and Dresden directly on the beautiful Elbe. The Elbe Cycle Path is about 3 km away.
