MYSTAY 65m2 Stylish and Cosy 2-Room Apartment

Our newly built - and equipped apartment house is located in the Köpenick - Treptow district of Berlin, in the Müggelheim sub-district, in the immediate vicinity of the large and small Müggelsee(lakes), the Müggelberge(hills) - surrounded by forests and meadows. Close to the city and yet in a quiet location, there are various options for organizing leisure time. You can reach swimming lakes, zoo, shopping opportunities, discount stores, restaurants and much more in a short period of time, whether mobile or by public transport. It doesn't take long, but you can also relax on the terrace in the garden. The total living space is 65 m² (maximum possible occupancy with a total booking of 4 people) with separate access. The apartment has a separate bedroom, a living room with sofa bed, a separate kitchen and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with stove; oven; nespresso coffee machine; Dishwasher; Washing machine; Fridge and freezer. The bedroom is equipped with a double box spring bed (180cm) and accessible cupboards, all rooms have underfloor heating in colder temperatures, regardless of the weather. You can also watch TV on a Smart TV via TV. WiFi is included. Bed linen and towels to make you feel good are of course also included. The bathrooms have, depending on the case, a shower; Vanity; enough storage space; as well as a hair dryer. Check-In is untill 21.00 (9pm). Tiny house on the outskirts of Berlin

A mix of construction trailer and tiny house, huge garden, in the middle of the village... 100 m to the lake... and in no time in Berlin. I build everything here myself... so everything is made with love... but every now and then something crooked :) I usually live in the tiny house myself. If guests are there, I am in the circus wagon in the garden or on the go... The place is perfect for dog owners, lake and forest are at the door... for city trips I can offer professional dog care... (had a dog boarding house before).

Live in the countryside with your own garden (April - Oct.)

Our bungalow (27 square meters) with private garden for exclusive use in Berlin-Müggelheim OT Spreewiesen, between forest, water and the European cycle path. You will be staying in the immediate vicinity of Berlin's only rowing ferry that takes you (on weekends & holidays) to the old fishing village of Rahnsdorf. Within walking distance is the beach on the small Müggelsee and the restaurants on the water Neu Helgoland with ferry connection and Trattoria Di Mare with adjacent boat rental Waterlounge Pets are not allowed.

Our small guest house is well connected, but still far away from the hustle and bustle of Berlin. In the middle of the forest and only a ten-minute walk from Lake Müggelsee, our house offers the perfect accommodation for a short vacation in the countryside or for day trips to the city. Up to four people will find sufficient space on 30 m² and with the well-equipped kitchen, a private bathroom and fireplace, no wishes should remain unfulfilled. Vacation bungalow on the Müggelspree B1 "Blue Sky"

Our vacation bungalows B1 and B2 are located on a large, quiet property on the banks of the Müggelspree. Both are identical in terms of floor plan and amenities and meet above-average standards. They are easily accessible by car and public transport. There are many parking spaces on the premises. Various shops and restaurants are nearby. For relaxation and sports, garden furniture, play equipment, bikes and paddle boats can be used free of charge. And Berlin City is very close!

Old bakery in the Fischerkietz

The apartment is located in a former bakery in the historic Fischerkietz. With its listed houses, the street is reminiscent of a village street from the turn of the century. The castle island as well as the old town with all amenities are within walking distance. In summer you can swim in the river pool or in Lake Müggelsee. BER airport can be reached in 45 minutes by bus (162/164) and S-Bahn (45/9). If you want to combine city trip and relaxation, this is the place to be.

Our place is close to Berlin-Brandenburg Airport. The Tesla Gigafactory is about 20 minutes by car (16 km). There is a great lake view with immediate proximity to the forest. Our place is good for couples, business travelers, and families (with kids). The living space is 130 square meters. It is 1 km to the nearest supermarket and about 20 min. by car to the center of Berlin. Great connection to BVG. The center can be reached in about 45 min. by public transport.

120 sqm2 penthouse/attic apartment + sauna + fireplace

This wonderful new 120 m² attic/penthouse flat with a sauna is located in the Viktoriakiez neighbourhood (quiet area) – a 5-minute walk to Nöldnerplatz S-Bahn station and a 10-minute walk to Rummelsburger Bucht on the waterfront. The flat is 1 S-Bahn stop away from the trendy Ostkreuz station and 2 stops away from Warschauer Strasse. PS: I own an original 5-metre Riva boat from Italy. This means that a private boat tour of Berlin can also be booked with me at any time.
