Space for 9 guests in 4 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a bar area with darts and a smart TV, and a long table for 18 people. Stand-up paddleboards, a boat and a canoe are waiting by the jetty, and there is a table tennis table and a football goal in the garden. Fast Wi-Fi also making it perfect for team offsites. Simply arrive, take a deep breath, and enjoy.

The house offers plenty of space for two families and you have it all to yourselves. It is located directly on a canal that connects two lakes and has two terraces, one of which is directly on the water. Barrel sauna and hot tub are available for exclusive use in the garden. We still use the house often ourselves, which is why it has a fully equipped kitchen. Look forward to two bathrooms, two master bedrooms, two youth bedrooms, a living room with dining area and a lounge for movie evenings.

Our house is only 30 minutes from the centre of Berlin, in a quiet location within a protected landscape area. There is direct access to the lake, where swimming is permitted, but which is mostly used as a fishing lake. The house has been renovated and is technically up to date, including electric roller shutters, satellite TV, fibre optic, Wi-Fi, Netflix, Prime & Disney+. Trampoline, playground, hammocks, sun loungers and a large terrace with a porch swing, hot tub and gas barbecue.

Wildlife everywhere, and Berlin's last fisherman a five-minute paddle away. 40 minutes from the centre by car. Close enough to the city, far enough to forget it.

Alexanderplatz in Berlin can be easily reached by public transport in 35-40 minutes. By car, it is about 20 minutes. Boat and canoe rental near the vacation home.

Former artists' house near Berlin: Our house with a large garden was built in the early 1930s (URL HIDDEN) and is almost in its original condition and radiates a bright and warm atmosphere through the use of ecological building materials and colors. The furnishings are simple and personal. Within walking distance of the house is our lake with 2 very nice swimming spots. The Spreewald Biosphere Reserve, the Schlaubetal and Berlin are about 1 hour away.

Our apartment is located in the idyllic Dahme-Seen area in a quiet, natural location between forest and water. Many excursions are within easy reach. (Forest hikes, natural swimming beaches, boat & fishing tours, trips to the Spreewald, Tropical Island and the city of Berlin) Shopping, bakery, restaurants, hairdresser, doctor, pharmacy, are within walking distance. The highway connection (A10 / A 12) is about 10 minutes away.

The house is located only 200m from the forest and 800m from the lake and is part of a new district (2022). The neighbors are friendly (mainly families) and quiet. The garden is 280m2.
