Extremely atmospheric place. Very good starting point to explore the area. There are good restaurants nearby. A place where you can relax, not far from the sea, much quieter than on the coast. The kids loved the cats the most.

Kerem's place provides great value for money. The property is in a quiet neighborhood and Kerem provides video instructions for how to reach it (having a vehicle is highly recommended for getting around). By car, we visited beaches in Oludeniz, Sarigerme and Katranci. The property has views of the bay and the mountains behind and the kids loved the swing, the garden and the cat visitors. The property is tended to by helpful support staff and the pool is cleaned daily. Perhaps because it was end of the season, we needed to get to the shops for basics (dishwashing tablets, washing up liquid, sponges, regular coffee, more toilet paper). The property was clean and simply furnished. Thanks Kerem for hosting us.

This is our 5th time to Dalyan and we have stayed in hotels and villas. Villa Misli Blue is by far the best so for. Valentin the host was great he went above and beyond to help us, even when my husband smashed his phone, Valentin took it away and got it fixed for us. He checked in regularly to see if we needed anything but also respected our privacy. The house itself is perfect, everything you need and more, from a well equipped kitchen to all cleaning products provided(very generous) to water bottles delivered at unbelievable low price. The house is pristine and stylish and the garden and pool are beautiful and private, I hope you love cats ❤️ The house is close to town (5min walk) but still feels fairly quiet thanks to the mature gardens enclosing the pool and shady veranda. There is a shop selling all the basics 2 mins away. The proof as they say is in the pudding! We have already booked again for 2025. Thank you Valentin.

We stayed comfortably for a total of 2 families and 4 people, it was 10 minutes by car to the center of Datça, the location was great for a calm stay as the center is crowded and complicated. The house was spotless, the sheets were ironed and very decent. There were all kinds of utensils needed in the kitchen, there was a barbecue on the balcony and it was very useful. The hosts were as attentive as needed and we had a smooth holiday. Thanks for having us.

It was a very pleasant house. It was just 2 nights in the other apartments while we stayed, it was very comfortable. Since we are off-season, there is construction in the area, you are subject to their noises when you are at home. There are very good restaurants in a pleasant area of Sogut, we had a very, very nice 5 days as of the season, thank you very much.

Super host, was very helpful and made our stay an amazing experience. Would highly recommend to anyone who is interested in visiting.

First of all, it was our first vacation with my boyfriend and we were anxious and excited, but Ms. Seda and her husband, Mr. Tayfun, welcomed us with great hospitality from the moment we booked until the end of our holiday. The house is exactly the same as it appears in the photos. Cleanliness and order were perfect. We felt like we were in our own home. Also, since we are a stranger to the city, Ms. Seda's suggestions were very useful to us and we were also satisfied with the places she recommended. If we go to Fethiye again, it will definitely be our first choice without thinking.

After arriving late at night it was easy to find once in side the complex,we had perfect relaxing stay with everything that we could require,and we will definitely be returning, it is in the perfect location with pool outside balcony and right by the beach and just a short stroll up to Calis strip with lots of shops and restaurants also along the promenade.

If you like a stay in a historic Ottoman style house, this is most definitely the place to be. Such a spacious and atmospheric apartment which has been thoughtfully restored. It has everything you could want. The balcony was a fantastic place to sit and have coffee and soak up the warmth of the morning sun. There are great restaurants all a few metres from the property with the seafront only a few minutes stroll. If you have a chance to stay here dont miss the opportunity. We will be back!

This is a wonderful place, silence and grace. It is especially surprising how comfortable living conditions were created by the host in the middle of the fields and mountains. Everything was great - light, clean, warm, all wishes were taken into account. I really liked the beautiful dishes and towels, in general everything is chosen pleasantly and tastefully. Would have loved to stay longer. Very envious of those who come in season, when the cafe is warm and open, because we would like to have breakfast downstairs on the premises. We are very grateful for the opportunity to visit you, thank you for your hospitality!

Safa's apartment was an amazing choice. Located in a very nice central Fethiye but also in a reaidential private area. Lots of restaurants, shops, banks and a huge shipping mall 10 min walking distance from the house. Safa was an extremely kind and helpful host. I got great recommendations for any local place and also advised a lot with the public transport. Always asked if I needed anything, very thoughtful. He also waited for me until late evening and picked me up I'm person from the Fethiye bus station. The apartment is very spacious, clean and comfortable and peaceful. I've had a great night sleep. Everything was within a walking distance. I highly recommend to stay at Safa's.

We were very satisfied with this place. Great location, clean and cozy. Market is right across the street, where we could buy fresh vegetables and fruit. Ugur is a very nice and helpful host. He allowed us to check in earlier. Suggested us places to eat. At the end of our stay he provided us with a transfer to airport. Highly recommend this place to stay in Marmaris!

We had a peaceful and enjoyable staff at Hüseyin’s place. The pool was cleaned every day and the house was in a very quiet area. Huseyin was very responsive and helpful. Great place!

We had a fabulous stay at the villa. Mehmet was a great host, greeting us on arrival and getting in touch every couple of days to check that all was ok. The pool was fantastic and the living space worked really well for our party of 5 adults and 3 children. There are various shops, bars and restaurants in walking distance of the villa, brilliant taxi services from a call button just outside and the larger resorts were a short and cheap ride away. I had a wonderful stay at this villa. It looked just like the pictures and I instantly felt comfortable and at home. It was very clean and taken care of. Tuba was very helpful from start to finish. She provided very clear instructions on how to get to the villa, gave recommendations for restaurants in the area and was flexible with changing the booking times. Overall, it was a great experience that I would recommend.

First of all, we would like to thank Mr. Cevat and his wife, Ms. Songül, for their attention and smiling faces to us during our holiday process. They were very helpful in supplying what we needed, for example, when the water heater broke down, they immediately replaced it. The pool was quite nice and clean, it was cleaned every day. The house was very cute and warm as it appeared in the photos:) The kitchen supplies were sufficient. In terms of location, a yacht tour can be done with the advantage of being close to the Gocek Yacht Port, you can go to the nearby Inlice Beach, but it is convenient to come by car for different activities. It is a very good choice for those who do not go anywhere and stay at home and enjoy the pool and enjoy the calm 👌🏻

Arifé has an amazing villa that exceeded our expectations. And the host himself is very responsive and did his best to make our stay the best. Most of all filled a huge pool with clean water, deep, we spent there all the time. Nice grill area that can accommodate the whole group. Each room has its own private bathroom, we were a group of 8 people and everyone felt super comfortable. The kitchen had everything you need and 2 large refrigerators accommodated groceries for 3 days. The villa itself is a little away from the city, surrounded by greenery, there are no neighbors, so we were completely alone and could relax without disturbing anyone. At the same time, you could walk to the nearest store (20 min) or drive (7 min). The house has good soundproofing: you could sleep while the music was playing in the yard. I'd love to come back again!

A place I can recommend for anyone. When there are minor problems, Mr. Orhun immediately tried to provide a solution, I hope they continue this way. ;)

The location of the house was 5 minutes drive to Akyakaya, everything was very nice. We went with our 5 groups of friends to spend the New Year there, we enjoyed it a lot and were satisfied. The beds were very clean
