Our houses are the same in terms of furniture and the garden floor ceiling height is 20 cm lower.

Built entirely from the stones of the region, this villa gets the heat too late during the summer months due to its stone structure. In the winter months, on the contrary, it gets cold late. Two-storey house in the city center.

Two-storey house in the center of Marmaris. The house offers a beautiful view of a small city park. The sea can be reached in 7 minutes on foot. Near the house there are all resort amenities: shops, restaurants, cafes and public transport and taxi stops. On the ground floor of the house there is a mini-garden, a spacious living room, a kitchen and a toilet, and on the second floor there are two bedrooms with panoramic windows and a sitting area on the balcony, as well as a shower and toilet.

Two large rooms ( 2 double beds) have a double Czech yacht in the living room and a double Czech yacht in the patio. It can accommodate even 8 people in total. There is a washer dryer,dishwasher,coffee maker. There is wifi and tivibu. There are TVs in every room. Air conditioners are zero. Super cozy place.
