Highlight: glass sauna with a view of the barn. Outdoor pool in the garden, fish pond and close to the forest. Perfect for those looking for tranquility, nature and something special.

Ferienhaus Helene

Cozy and furnished with lots of wood, the vacation home is in the eco-vacation village near the SPES Hotel. In the house Helene there are 3 double rooms, each with its own bathroom, sofa bed for a 7th guest in one of the rooms. There is also a kitchen with a dining area. 1 parking space is right by the house. In summer, guests of the house Helene can use an outdoor swimming pool (5 x 10 meters). There is a beach volleyball court, a children's playground and a ping pong table.

At the Bavarian Forest National Park

Relax after an active day in the national park with the whole family in this rustic and cozy place to stay on the edge of the forest. Throughout the year, the nature of the Bavarian Forest invites you to explore it. Hiking trails are right at your doorstep. Extended tours are just as possible as Nordic walking, snowshoeing in winter, or easy walks. Look for mushrooms in the fall and enjoy the snow in the winter. Cross-country ski trails are on site when there is sufficient snow.

Charming vacation home on the edge of the forest

The house in Karlstift is at the end of a dead end road, right on the edge of the forest. On the upper floor you enter the spacious living room, equipped with a traditional tiled stove, a bedroom with a large double bed, as well as the kitchen and a bathroom plus toilet. If you go down one floor, you will come across two more bedrooms, as well as a second bathroom also with a toilet. The Karlstift house also has a garage space and a nice terrace with adjoining garden.

The cottage is situated by the forest on a spacious, grassy, enclosed plot offering privacy and a fire pit. For children, there is a large swing, slide, and sandbox. This peaceful accommodation is a place for everyone to truly relax. The cottage has just undergone renovation and modernization. 😉
