Die Wohnung ist komplett neu saniert, mit hochwertigen Böden und stilvollen Möbeln eingerichtet. Eine eigene Terasse und einen kleinen Garten gibt es außerdem. Natürlich ist alles was du brauchst vorhanden um von hier aus zu Arbeiten. Außerdem ist die Innenstadt zu Fuß erreichbar und die Verkehrsanbindung ist ideal.

The flat in the 2nd floor without elevator (42 m² with balcony) is located in central quiet and green. 5 minutes walk to the tram, which takes you to the center in 8 minutes. Free parking around the building. Microwave, tea, coffee and smoothie maker available. For babies (under 2 years) no bed and towel are provided! The apartment was completely refurbished in 2023.
