The newly built wooden chalet was completed with a lot of love for detail in March 2024. It was built in a modern style and meets the highest energy requirements. The path from your own parking space, through the house, to the covered veranda with new, electrically heated hot tub was designed at ground level. Inside you can make yourself comfortable with the wood-burning stove and your own sauna (free of charge). The National Park cycling path and beautiful hiking trails are within walking distance.

Rumcajs, as a fully island TinyHouse, provides all the comforts in the form of a hot shower, toilet, refrigerator, but also air conditioning. All-wood interior that smells good right after you enter. The "flying table" adapts to every seating. Outdoor blinds will hide you from the world if you want. Smart lighting will only turn on in certain places when you need it. Outdoor grill on the terrace, dry wood with an axe and a wooden sauna with a cooling barrel.

Welcome to the Rodlhaus GruBÄR! The wood-burning stove in the living and dining area provides cosy warmth. The very well-equipped kitchen invites you to cook. From the balcony, you can look out over the nature reserve and have direct access to the large toboggan run. You will find cosy sleeping areas upstairs.
