Holiday rentals with a patio in Mulberry

The Ruby Gem on Yaricel listing was great l. I really enjoyed my stay. I enjoyed it so much I decided to extend my stay for a couple more days. Yaricel was a great host. She made everything about my stay comfortable, from accommodating my early checkin, to her helpful attentiveness, quick response time and her willingness to assist in helping me properly extend my stay when I was unsure of the process. Overall I had a 5 star stay and I highly recommend Yaricel's listing when looking for a quality place to stay while visiting Lakeland. I look forward to staying again.

The space itself was very nice and the back patio was our favorite part. Carrie and her husband were very kind and responded quickly. Would definitely come again on our next trip to Florida!

I use to be an AirBnB host and I can say this is hands down one of my favorite places I have ever stayed! Rafael was so helpful and the space was amazing!

Valerie's 2 bedroom/2 bath condo is perfect for the price. The place has a well-stocked, updated kitchen with complimentary coffee, clean and updated full bathrooms, and comfy bedrooms. There was some noise from upstairs neighbors but it never lasted for long periods of time. Also, the pool is not heated so too cold to use. Valerie is very responsive and easy to work with.

communication was good i loved the privacy i had n the space was perfect for me if i ever travel to florida again i would book again !

This was a great place for our mom and daughter’s weekend shopping trip. The location was good for all the thrifting and shopping we had planned. The host was very friendly and responsive. Very clean and as described, matched pictures.

Nice place in a very residential area. Feels homey thanks to little touches. A car is a must. You can buy food from the Winn-Dixie nearby, and there's a cool small park right near the river (3 min drive, but you can also walk). I run in the mornings -- there are no trails, but the local roads worked out well for me -- no traffic and everybody says hi. The only thing I would ask to fix is the WiFi. While it's fast, I experienced frequent hiccups, like temporary connection breaks. Otherwise, a great place

We had an absolutely fantastic time staying at Phil's place. From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations. The communication with Phil was smooth and prompt, making the booking process hassle-free. The space was immaculately clean and beautifully decorated, providing a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The amenities provided were top-notch, ensuring that we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, easy to get to down town areas. I would most definitely say that the pictures DO NOT DO JUSTICE!! My family and I felt that the property was much nicer in person with a huge kitchen!! My family and I had a wonderful time staying.

This place was absolutely amazing. Exactly what we wanted for a small honeymoon. The home was beautiful and had plenty of supplies like bath towels, kitchen supplies, trash bags. The surrounding area was peaceful, private and quiet other than an occasional train which didn't bother us. The jacuzzi is an added bonus that really tops off the whole space. We spent half our time out in the cozy backyard watching TV. I can't say enough how much we enjoyed our visit and definitely plan to come back! Thank you so much Renee!!

Perfect house just outside of Tampa. We stayed here while attending Sun n’ Fun in Lakeland, and loved the central location. Loads of places to eat, drink, or cigars if you are in to it! We will 100% be staying here again!

we really enjoyed our stay. Melissa and Jonny were a great host and provided quick response to any questions. The airbnb area/location is very peaceful, the backyard porch is nice to enjoy the sunrise or sunset and sip on coffee, meditate, or do some quick morning/evening yoga. the kitchen was spacious and clean, lots of natural light comes in the kitchen. Which will inspire you to cook something yummy. The rooms were good size, each room has its own t.v. (yayy) Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. I highly recommend!

Enjoyed our stay, we used the pool and hot tub. It worked out great. Plenty of space to hang out and enjoy yourself when you’re not out doing. All the dishes and pans were easily found to cook at the house, that was excellent for us

Dior’s place was perfect for our small groups one night stay. The place looked exactly like the photos and was cleaned really well! Dior was responsive and helpful in all of their replies to me. The beds were comfy too which is definitely a plus. We would definitely stay here again in our future trips!

My family and I stayed for 11 nights. Ezra greeted me and gave me a tour of the place, she was very concerned about our comfort. The condo was equipped with many amenities that made it feel like home; plenty of dishes, glasses, cups, storage containers, garbage bags, laundry soap. There were many small kitchen appliances, toaster, coffee maker, blenders, lots of extra sheets, blankets, pillows and towels. Having a washer/dryer and dish washer, vacuum, brooms were really helpful. There were some high end finishes in the kitchen and bathrooms. The beds were comfortable. The Lazy-boys in the living room were very comfortable. The property was so pretty and peaceful. The gated community gives a sense of safety. I loved the access to a private patio overlooking the golf course. It’s a shame the pool and recreation facilities are not available for Airbnb guests, but I knew that in advance.

Great hosts. Always avaliable for questions. Nice quite and clean. Nice area to walk around in the community. But read all about staying there. This is a clothing optional community. So you may or will run into nude guests or residents. Would definitely stay again.

Very good accommodation option with all the services and amenities necessary to provide comfort to its guests. Good host, always attentive to our needs. However, the apartment is away from Universal Studios, we lost a lot of time on the trips and these became exhausting because the traffic was very heavy, I don't know if it was for the time or because it is really far away. I would definitely recommend it for people who go to Disney parks.

We enjoyed our stay and will rent it again. The location was perfect for us, and private. The pool area was nice. Everything you need is close by. Perfect and we thank the owners for allowing us to stay in their place.

Stayed for a hockey tournament and this place was central to everything we needed between the rink and food options. Rich was great to communicate with throughout or stay and did offered recommendations when we had questions. Highly recommend this property!
