Spacious 4,000 sq ft house in quiet neighborhood

Welcome to our recently remodeled (Nov 2023) 6 bedroom/3.5 bathrooms house with a lot of space to play and relax in the house or at the backyard next to the creek. We have the fully equipped kitchen, the grill and the big dining table which can accommodate at least 14 people. There are three bedrooms on the main floor, easy to access, and other three bedrooms and the playing area are downstairs. We have beds for up to 20 people. There are two decks, one at kitchen another at master bedroom.

Beautiful, spacious 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom, home that sleeps up to 4 adults and 1 child (unless child is under 2, we don't count them in the guest count!). This beautiful 1bd, 1ba house is spacious and bright. It's in a quiet neighborhood, just a short walk to restaurants, coffee shops, farmer's market and gourmet grocery stores. Close to Reed College and several parks. It's also only 2 blocks from 2 bus lines, which makes getting around town a breeze. Alberta Arts Bungalow - 4 Bedroom

We are a legally permitted 4 bedroom short term rental house. Alberta Arts district is unique; rich in culture, excellent food and drink, on transit lines and totally walkable. We're half a block from it all. At home, enjoy the whole single level house, impeccably clean, modern and comfortable, with solid bamboo floors. Enjoy the front porch and private back yard. Our tenant lives upstairs in a separate apartment.
