The apartment is small, but it has everything you need for a comfortable stay. It’s clean, tidy, and located in a quiet neighborhood, with a shop, pharmacy, and train station nearby. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free. A short walk takes you to the center of Mödling, and from there you can continue to the cathedral and head into the small mountains. From the station, you can reach Vienna in just a few minutes, with trains running very frequently. There’s a relaxing view from the window. I can only recommend this place, and I will definitely choose this apartment again at the next opportunity.

The place is an absolute dream for those who love the tranquility but still don't want to be too far from the city. It is in an absolutely quiet location. There is only one house row around the lake and all around are only fields, really nice for relaxing and for ice bathing in winter through the direct lake access. Communication with Sabrina was friendly, clear and very accommodating. Will definitely book again if I'm around and the place is free.

Everything was very good. Dieter is a great host and always helpful. The apartment is very well equipped and is very close to Vienna.
