Unique design apartment in a historic farmhouse

One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

This 66 m² holiday apartment is located in San Giovanni di Fassa, a small village at the foot of the Dolomites in Val di Fassa, Trentino-Alto Adige. The apartment features a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, two double bedrooms, two bathrooms, and accommodates up to 4 guests. The apartment is located on the edge of the forest and is the perfect starting point for hikes. Within walking distance you can reach the bus stop to the Alpe di Siusi cable car.

InMoncion, a hamlet of Pera, the recently renovated Ladin-style holiday apartment "Muncion Apparte" offers wonderful views of the mountains and everything for a relaxing holiday in the beautiful setting of Val di Fassa. The 100 m² property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 8 people. The apartment also offers a wood-burning oven and a washing machine, as well as a baby cot and a highchair.

Large wooden living room, renovated in fall 2019 with double sofa bed, with flat screen TV, well-equipped electric kitchenette with microwave, oven, refrigerator, freezer and kettle, dishwasher. Two bedrooms, one has a service bathroom, one double and one triple, bathroom renovated in 2015 with shower, hair dryer and washing machine. Large terrace with chairs, small table and deck chairs and clothesline.
