Welcome to the housekeeper's apartment (basement) of the former parsonage. The apartment is very quiet with a view over the private terrace to the garden. In 12 minutes, you are on foot in the city center. The apartment has its own parking space. Münster charges 4.5% accommodation tax for private overnight stays. From January 2024, the accommodation tax also applies to professional stays. The accommodation tax is not paid through Airbnb but on site.

The comfortable sofa bed can very easily be converted into a bed 1.60 x 2.00 meters. In the kitchen there is a fridge, 2 ceramic hobs, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, pots, pan, etc.

There is a small kitchen with kitchenette, a bathroom, as well as a sleeping/living area. You'll have these three rooms all to yourselves. Downtown is a few minutes away by bike or bus.
