Die Wohnung über den Dächern von Münster verfügt über 40qm Dachterrasse mit einem im Sommer nutzbaren Whirlpool. Auf dieser befinden sich außerdem ein Esstisch und ein Sofa. Die Wohnung liegt im ruhigen Stadtteil Gievenbeck und die Innenstadt ist mit einem Rad oder dem Bus in 15 Minuten zu erreichen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Die Wohnung liegt im 4. Stock mit Aufzug. Ich vermiete hier meine Studentenwohnung in meiner Abwesenheit, kein Hotel oder gewerbliche Vermietung.
