We rent a separate, approx. 60 m² loft apartment / house with private entrance in the annex of our over 100-year-old house to guests who want to stay "differently"! The apartment is self-sufficient + separate from the main house. A private terrace or a private garden area belong to the apartment. Around the house are forests and fields, here you can walk or cycle on the Roman Lippe Route. The Ruhr area (Duisburg, Essen) is close. Supermarket, pizzeria + pharmacy are on site.

The approximately 55 square meter studio apartment is located on the second floor of a building renovated in 2017, in a quiet and bright location on a 2,400 square meter private property. Enjoy quiet vacation days or relaxed hours of your free time here. Both the historic center of Bevergern and beautiful forest hiking trails (including Herrmannsweg) are only 10 minutes away by foot. The "Reitsportzentrum Riesenbeck International" and Surenburg Castle are only 3 km away.

A beautiful apartment, about 65 square meters, fully furnished, with exclusive amenities. Completely modernized in 2017. Large shower cabin with rain shower, new kitchen, TV, radio, etc. -> is very centrally located in Bottrop -> good connection to the A2 and A42 highways The apartment has optimal occupancy for solo travelers and couples. 2 more people can sleep on 2 extra beds if necessary. My place is very good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers.

Historic Farm House in Countryside

This type of house is known as " ein Heuerhaus'. It was built in 1883 and is one of the few remaining such houses in the area. We renovated it in the late1980's and it is recognised as a National Monument. The area we converted into the appartment for our guests, was originally used for storing the hay and straw for the animals winter fodder The house is surrounded by a large garden and uninterrupted view of the countryside.

My beautiful, light-flooded old building apartment with impressively high ceilings and very spacious rooms is located right in the center, in a small quiet side street. 700 meters from the main train station, 50 meters from the pedestrian zone. The U-Bahn and S-Bahn as well as cafes, restaurants and supermarkets are in the immediate vicinity. I live in the neighboring house, so my address is stored as a contact.
