The peace of cruise ships, mountains and the unique sea in the Gulf of Boka will motivate you to start the day. Kotor old town is a 15-minute walk and 3 minutes by car. The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people (double bed for 2, double bed that can be opened in the living room). It is ideal for both families and couples. Everything is available for cooking at home, including a refrigerator and a parking space.

Apartmant Mareta II is part of the original house that is over 200 years old, which is a cultural monument existing in the Austro Hungarian maps from the XIX century. The house is mediterranean style building made of stone.The apartment is situated only 5 m away from the sea in the heart of the idyllic old place named Ljuta, that is just 7 km away from Kotor. Apartmant has a handmade double bed, sofa, Wi-Fi, android TV, cable TV, air conditioner , unique rustic kitchen, microwave and fridge.

All the apartments in the building have been recently remodeled and have many modern features -- air conditioning, at-grade tiled showers -- but retains a lot of the historic charm.

A big supermarket is a 3-minute walk from the house, and a hiking trail to Vrmac Mountain is a 5-minute walk. The House location is easy to find if you come with your own car. If you arrive by bus, you can reach us in 15 minutes' walk. A local bus station is right in front of the house, if you want to reach Perast-Risan (2€).

Set in a peaceful old fisherman village called Muo, our house is perfect base for exploring the Bay. The Old town of Kotor is less than 10min driving distance while Tivat airport is less than 20min away. The house has three levels and each level has undisturbed sea views.
