The apartment is located on the roof top of the villa. The apartment is an ideal accommodation for couples, family or friends looking for a comfortable stay in a quiet rustic area, but at the same time only a ten-minute drive to the Old Town of Kotor. The apartment offers a beautiful view of our bay.

The villa is close to the beach and just 15 minutes drive from Kotor Old Town. Nearby you can find a grocery store/mini market, restaurants, coffee bars, bakery, post office, etc. On the walking distance from the house, there are five restaurants at the seaside offering traditional Mediterranean menu.

The Laurus Lux apartment is a part of a family house which is settled in a peaceful place in Old Town of Kotor. It is distanced from the center of the old town by less than 2 kilometers.
