Beachfront holiday rentals in Murcia

There are beautiful views from each bedroom and balcony, and we loved walking along the beach every day! Though it was just two of us this trip, this house is definitely big enough to comfortably fit larger families and it is well stocked for a week-long stay. Ceferina was so helpful before the trip with planning, gathering information for us and making suggestions. Her and her husband met us at the door, even though we were late, and showed us around, even walking us down to the local restaurant and introducing and finding out the times they were open! They were very helpful and kind and answered all of our questions. They saw us off our last day and were just as friendly and helpful! We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

The apartment was immaculate with everything you would need within the property. Lovely outside space. The beach was a couple of minutes walk away. The owners responded very quickly to messages and check in was smooth. We couldn’t ask for more, great stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Juana’s apartment. The view was UNBELIEVABLE, the pictures do not do it justice. The flat was perfectly clean and cosy, perfect for a relaxing weekend getaway. Could not recommend it more. Thank you !

Great location and common areas, nice terrasse as well. Worth noting you need to transport lugages from street to the bungalow and cannot park inside. Despite that, Paco was really responsive and left us nice welcome gift. Highly recommended!

We had a lovely stay. Everything was as advertised. Close to the sea and on bus route, we travelled into Alicante and Santa Pola easily. It was quiet because we visited out of season but we found plenty of places to eat. Owner very pleasant and responsive. Thanks for letting us stay x

We really couldn't have chosen a better place for our vacation. The house is really good, the air conditioning is great, it's pet friendly, clean and the beach is really close! 100% recommended! ❤️❤️

Very friendly and uncomplicated handover of the apartment. Such a great view of the sea and we were already happy to use the balcony in March. In a storm, the windows rattle. There was a construction site in the stairwell, but it did not disturb at all. (3/2025) The apartment is nicely renovated ( except for the bathroom ) and clean. Everything is available.

We came 15 days and it was PERFECT! The location, the place was clean, the views are stunning. We recommend and will be back.

We have been to Brigitte's house my family and I, it was a great stay. Yolanda the one who takes care of the estate always pending and friendly, very flexible at check-in time, the house is very comfortable. The only thing missing is an air conditioner because it is very hot, but in the listing it did not put air conditioning so we were not tricked, just commented to improve the estate as it is spectacular in everything. Also the beaches and the magnificent village of bonito and it has everything we need for a very good holiday. Thank you very much Brigitte and Yolanda for everything, I recommend it for sure.

I stayed at this place with my husband and two young sons. It was perfect for our family with lots of space but also lots of places to be together as well. Property was amazing, really comfortable and provided everything we needed for the week. The pool area was lovely and clean. The beach, supermarket, local restaurants and bars were all within walking distance. Perfect holiday and lovely place to have a family holiday away from the hustle and bustle of a hotel experience. The service provided by Andrew and his team was excellent, they kept in contact with me before the holiday and responded to my messages when needed while we were there. We would highly recommend this holiday home and hope to return again in the future.

We had a wonderful stay in Nicole’s house. The house was beautiful, clean and as in the pictures. The kitchen had all the supplies we needed. The beds were comfortable. The check in was easy and flexible, as we arrived in the night. It was a 15 minute walk to the grocery store, farmacy and some restaurants. The pool and the outside area was very nice, comfortable and private.

We had a lovely stay. The villa was well-equipped, immaculate and modern. Our only negative comment was that the shower was very poor. No pressure at all and so the water came out with a trickle. Not really enough to have a proper shower. It was very close to shops, bars and restaurants.

The Pagoda was the perfect place for our week in Alicante! We found everything we needed here and having the pool and beach 5 min walk away is wonderful! Mayte gave us local recommendations and always responded kindly and very quickly to any questions

Great place. Great location. Perfect for us as a family of four with a 12 year old girl and 15 year old boy. Pool was pristine and visited by maintenance once during our 7 day stay. The cover on the pool made a huge difference to keeping it heated and being able to use it every day. Ashley was consistent, enthusiastic and friendly in all communication. Many restaurants and eateries within walking distance and Pharmacy and Lidle were especially useful as within walking distance or 2 minute drive (Pharmacy staff were particularly helpful and friendly). The heating in the house was very efficient and a great relief from the cold February evenings. Would definitely recommend to friends and family and would consider booking again in the near future!

A new, spacious, stylish and elegantly furnished apartment, with all the comforts. With beach and restaurants around the corner, this is a wonderful base. The host is very responsive and very flexible. I would recommend this apartment to anyone.

Had an amazing stay at Lola’s beautiful town house. The design of the interior was as stunning as the views! It was peaceful, calm and breathtaking. We can’t wait to come back.

The location is very good, playa nearby, down the main street. Restaurants, and prepared food sites, supermarkets, cerquita. It has everything, pans, cutlery, glasses, washing machine, microwave,very, very complete. Cleanliness, extraordinary. The shower is very strong, we were four people and everything was great. The communion with Maria, very good, always attentive. Difficult access to the apartment with the car, we park on another street and arrived on foot. the street that sticks to the floor, it's noisy, with the bikes, vehicles and people passing by and all being a bass and not having shutters, you hear everything. We've been to May and there wasn't a lot of movement and we got along well, but in summer time, I understand it will be worse. Otherwise, very happy with the choice, we recommend it.

We had a great stay, would definitely recommend! The host was very kind and had great hospitality despite a bit of a language barrier :) The apartment had a great back patio with a stunning view and is a convenient location to two beaches, mall, food, etc. Thank you so much for everything!

Nice and cozy apartment less than 10 minutes away from the beach. Very well equipped, quiet area with free parking. Tewfik was very available and gave us all the information we needed. Super price. Highly recommended.

This is our second year staying here. We absolutely love staying here and again made beautiful memories. Can’t wait to return in the future.
