Holiday rentals with beach access in Murine

Alenka was super-friendly, helpful and understanding. We can really recommend staying at this apartment house if you want to live as close to the sea as possible in Izola. Mornings and evenings were really calm, throughout the day it got quite crowded. Bars are nearby to relax and get food, music was okay for us. Downstairs lives another family member, very friendly and easy to talk to. Thank you!

The apartment was super close to the old town and you had everything you need. Very clean and there is also a parking space in front of the door. If you are looking for a beautiful beach, you have to drive a bit but otherwise everything is great.

We stayed in the apartment with our children for almost a week. Particularly noteworthy is the location - really optimal - this is right by the beach where there is also a playground. Parking is also available in the neighborhood on the street just 50 m away - on arrival you can stop directly in front of the house entrance and comfortably unload your luggage. Rose and Paulo are super organized and very helpful, really great people and TOP hosts ☺️ We will be happy to come back - certainly in the off-season, as the area is then very relaxed.

We are completely satisfied! With the navigation system, we found the address without any problems... Even the check-in worked out great. We arrived early and were still able to check in early and were personally greeted by Dominick! Recommendations for the area were also given to us directly. For two people, the place is perfect and nothing was missing. Besides, it was really super clean, we had nothing to complain about. It is an absolutely quiet area which was great for us. The apartment is so centrally located that you can reach many great places and beaches within a few km. Thank you!

We felt very comfortable. The location is super-almost directly on the sea. With air conditioning and a fly screen on the lower floor, it was good to bear - end of September. Good starting point to explore Grado or also to make further excursions to Trieste, but also Croatia. Only the non-functioning TV could have been a problem if the weather had been bad. Then it's better not to specify a TV. Otherwise, we'd love to come back.

Vanja’s place is such a gem! Situated on a quiet street with a gorgeous view of Rovinj by the shimmering sea. Yet walkable which we enjoyed. The apartment is modern inside with all the comforts we need. The free parking really allowed us to enjoy. Vanja’s always responsive and easy to communicate whenever we need help. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this Rovinj gem!

Donatella's apartment was a dream. The location is perfect and everything is within walking distance. Donatella provided us with two wheels. This makes everything very easy to reach and you can make great excursions. The apartment was very clean and maintained. Donatella is super nice and helpful. We will be happy to come back.

Very clean and functionally furnished apartment. On foot you can reach the harbor in about 15 minutes or the beautiful old town in 10 minutes. If you want to save yourself the ascent and descent (it's steep!), you can also ride a bicycle via the nearby campsite and then it's almost flat on the promenade. Apartment is located on the thoroughfare, but windows seal very well. Was overall perfect for us (2 nights) will be happy to come back.

Boba was an incredibly kind and accommodating host. She anticipated our every wish and was helpful in every situation. Everything was simply great. The location, the atmosphere, the sunsets and the sea! It was a wonderful, uncomplicated holiday. Thank you very much, dear Boba! ♥️

The villa is fantastic and in beautiful surroundings. Everything was as advertised. The owners were very friendly, helpful and responded instantly to our communications. We haven’t visited Istria before and we loved the area. Will definitely be back.

This was the most magical place we have ever stayed! We loved being able to swim and paddle board right off the front deck, and the home is centrally located so you can walk to all of the best restaurants (although the space is so pretty you might just want to stay home and cook every night). The kitchen is well stocked and the spaces are cozy and thoughtfully appointed! I will say that the ceiling in the upstairs master bedroom is really low. I’m 5’4” and I hit my head multiple times, and my tall husband definitely struggled getting around. There are also a lot of stairs so this isn’t somewhere to stay if you are daunted by 4 flights of stairs multiple times per day. We didn’t mind either of these things because the house is so special and it just kind of comes with the territory, but it’s something to keep in mind. Overall a wonderful stay. Thanks Andreas!

Super, wonderful place!

Nena's house is fantastic. The location in the middle of the small, picturesque center of Fazana, the design and layout of the rooms, the equipment of the kitchen, the small sheltered courtyard behind and the terrace in front of the house - all just sensational! We were 9 people (3 generations) and had enough space to sleep, wash (3 bathrooms/toilets), cook, play, eat. Since it was even cooler, we were able to use the air conditioners on the upper floors and the cozy wood stove on the ground floor. It was comfortable and romantic From the house you can walk in 1-2 minutes to the small harbor with restaurants, two cafes and a bar (maybe more in summer) and the jetty to the island of Brijuni. 5-10 minutes walking there are many nice different swimming opportunities: gravel, stone or concrete. Jetties and 2 accessible accesses. Nenad was not there at that time. But Milan gave us a friendly welcome, looked after us perfectly and even organized us wood for the stove. Thanks, again anytime.

We had a lovely stay. Ondina is very accommodating. The sea can be reached in less than 5 minutes. We highly recommend it!

Very nice, quiet area, everything you need in the apartment was available, spacious, close to the sea and very nice, helpful hostess.

We were guests of Boris 3 days; his house is really very nice and cheerful, equipped with what you need, full of light and with a wonderful window overlooking the sea! The location is very convenient, market for shopping practically below the house, restaurants and various shops nearby. Boris was a very kind host! We will definitely be back ❤️

Andrej was a very responsive host. The place was in a great location, very walkable as the whole city is carless so you have to leave your car just outside the city center (make sure to download the easy park app). The layout of the room created plenty of space with the bed as a loft. The skylight makes it light during the day but also in the early morning (I slept with an eye mask). It is quiet given how central it is and Andrej gave us lots of information on things to do and see. Note for Americans-second floor is the top floor ;)

Great & above all very clean place to stay. The sea and restaurants were within walking distance. Parking available, I find important if you arrive by car. We had two dogs with us & it was no problem, on the contrary Danilo was very kind. Trieste for a day trip can also be reached quickly. Would definitely recommend to anyone!

Cozy and fully equipped flat located in the center of Umag, just 20 meters from the sea - perfect choice for both short and long stays regardless of the period of the year. Despite the apartment is located in the city center, it provides pleasant tranquility and privacy from the noisy streets. In turn, Dezi, the host, is a very friendly person with a proactive approach.

Greatly equipped apartment! In reality, it's much better than the pictures! Beautiful apartment, perfect location, sparkling cleanliness, wonderful tranquility! 5 minutes walk to the sea! ❤️ and thank you . Great place- very clean and a great personal contact with Valeria. In addition, she helped us plan the trip by train to Venice. It was a great advantage for us to bring our dog and the dog beach was just 100 meters away. The city of Monfalcone is unfortunately very descriptive - but the location to Trieste / Koper or Gradow - Venice is good.

We had a really pleasant stay in this apartment that exceeded our expectations. The place was impeccable: very clean and tidy, with attention to detail. Nothing was really missing — from the coffee machine to the toaster, from the dishwasher to the other small appliances that make everything more comfortable and functional. But the real highlight was the view: looking at the marina every morning was simply wonderful, a relaxing and evocative spectacle that made our stay even more special. A heartfelt thank you to Annalisa and Sandro for their hospitality, availability and kindness. We really felt at home and hope to be back soon!
