Ideally located, (20 minutes from Clermont, 15 minutes from Besse, 10 minutes from Saint-Nectaire), the accommodation is on a small street with very little traffic (serving 6 houses) with adjoining parking. We chose to keep the whole in a large furnished room in order to offer the maximum space available to 4 people. New accommodation rented on 08/10/25

About 5 km from the Zenith d'Auvergne of the Grande Halle Auvergne, close to Vulcania, Clermont Airport, Super Besse Ski Resort and close to the A75 highway exit 5, 2 km from our Moulin de la Paille studio, close to all shops.
