Our apartment is small (1.5 rooms) but cozy with all the comforts with private garage. The house has Wi-Fi, cable TV with radio, fireplace. In the kitchen, in addition to the standard appliances, you will find a Moka for Italian coffee, and American coffee machine, a fundu cooker with plates and cutlery. 5 rooms available, about 120 m2, homy and relaxing area. Two floors and 4 bed rooms. 1 bathroom and 1 separate toilette. Bed linen and bath towels are all available and included in the price. There is a 30 m2 terrasse/platform in front of the house with an amazing view to Laax, Vally and the mountains. The house is good for couples, solo adventurers, groups and families (with kids). We have two baby beds, high chair and a basket full of toys available for families with kids. You are welcome!

Beim Bau wurde grosses Augenmerk auf Qualität, Regionalität und vor allem Langlebigkeit gelegt, sowie Liebe zum Detail – das sind die Zutaten, die unser Cottage so einzigartig machen! Die traumhafte Lage verspricht ganzjährig viel Ruhe und Erholung, Ski-In und Ski-Out im Winter sowie im Sommer, Wander- oder Biketouren vor der Haustüre fernab von Hektik und Lärm.
