Enjoy your stay in this sunny and calm apartment in the heart of Friedrichshain! The apartment has two rooms, a big kitchen and a small bathroom. The kitchen has everything you need, including a big table, that seats 4 people. The living room has a height-adjustable desk for all your "home" office duties. I usually live here with my dog Millie, so even if I clean it as best as possible, the apartment is not suitable for allergy sufferers. The prize already includes 7,5% of city tax per night.

Cozy loft, perfect to enjoy Berlin

Bright apartment in the heart of the Friedrichshain district, full of restaurants, pubs and terraces. The apartment has wooden floors and high ceilings that make it cozy and with a feeling of spaciousness. It has a 140x190 double bed and a sofa, convertible into a 155x200 bed, as well as a travel cot, high chair and mixer, in case you are traveling with a baby. Bed linen, towels, kitchen equipment, wifi and smart TV are provided. The 5% City Tax is included in the price.

Barrier-free apartment with a terrace

Our apartment is barrier-free and is located directly at the Adlershof Landscape Park. A supermarket and a bakery are about 200 m away. The BAB highway can be reached in a few minutes and BER airport is about 15 minutes away by car. Still the apartment is quietly located. It is located on a cul-de-sac and a charging facility for electric cars is right outside the door. There is always a parking space in our residential area. A highchair and travel crib are provided.

Beautiful, bright granny apartment on the upper floor. Bedroom, bathroom with walk-in shower and bathtub, living-kitchen area open with views of the beautiful oak, very quiet location at the highest point of the municipality, 5 minutes' walk to the restaurant, 10 minutes to the village center (supermarkets, bakery, hairdresser, banks, post office, public transport), the magnificent vineyard and the generational forest make the walk a beautiful experience

In the countryside, 30 minutes to the center of Berlin

The 2-room non-smoking apartment(55m2), private entrance to the upper floor of our detached house with kitchen and bathroom is fully furnished. It can accommodate up to 3 people, a box spring bed, sofa bed in the living room. Towels +bed linen are incl. For shopping, REWE, Netto, LIDL are in the immediate vicinity. From Birkenstein S-Bahn (suburban train) station, you can reach Berlin-Mitte in 30 minutes. The car can be parked for free on the property.

BlackBoxBerlin TownHouse with view & roof terrace

The calm and decent located spacious TownHouse with 180sqm has three bedrooms with 20-25sqm. The 35sqm roof top terrace invites you to chill with an extraordinary view over the Rummelsburger lake. The outside and entrance area of the property is equipped with a surveillance system camera. The maximum capacity of guests is limited to 6 persons. After the 2nd person there is an additional fee of 39€ per person and per night.

Welcome to the attic, bright and spacious, accessible via a (narrow) spiral staircase (unfavorable for people with walking difficulties). With open well-equipped kitchen, dining area and a friendly workspace. Bedroom with 2 single beds, Bathroom with tub and toilet as well as large living area with (sleeping) couch, TV and DAB radio A shower room is available on the 2nd floor.
