The views vary from Besselpark to the north, Fromet-und-Moses-Mendelssohn-Platz in the east, or sunny Berlin rooftops to the south.

Our beautiful very central studios for 1 or 2 people are located directly on the border of Mitte and Prenzlauer Berg. They are only a short walk from the TV tower. The nearby surroundings of Kollwitzplatz and Rosenthaler Platz offer lots of cafes and bars, boutique shops and cultural venues. Our studios are all situated in a typical Berlin building from the beginning of the 20th century. We offer studios on the 1st to the 4th floor (no lift).
