Welcome to `Maison Cassis´, a bright and quiet holiday apartment in a charming period building in Ludwigshafen-Oggersheim. The nearby Maudacher Bruch nature reserve invites relaxing walks in green surroundings. Mannheim, Heidelberg and the Palatinate Forest are easily accessible. The apartment accommodates up to two guests and features a private entrance and garden area. A bakery, supermarket and tram stop are just 150 metres away. Lakes, an outdoor pool and restaurants are close by.

Idyllic small apartment in a quiet location

Our nice little apartment is located in a beautiful green part of Mannheim in Niederfeld. You have the opportunity to take a walk in the forest, by the lake (Stollenwörthweiher) or along the Rhine. The shops for everyday needs as well as the stops are about 500 m from the front door. There are a couple of restaurants and bakeries nearby. The city center of MA and the main train station can be reached in 10 minutes by tram line 3. Heidelberg can be reached in 30 minutes.

On the first floor, it offers a luxurious small city apartment (approx. 80 m²), which surprises with original round arches and plenty of light (6 large windows). Couples will feel comfortable here. This stylish place to stay is perfect for a family, a couple or three to six friends. The tastefully furnished house is located in the Gartenstadt district. Bus stop, supermarket, pharmacy and post office on site. Close to the city center of Ludwigshafen - yet very quiet. Good starting point for Palatinate Forest tours. Peaceful oasis with Mediterranean charm.

The new kitchen is integrated into the living room (see also pictures) and equipped with everything you need. The apartment has a large window facade to the west with lake view. The apartment is located on the 13th floor and is easily accessible. This apartment is a non-smoking apartment! Pets are prohibited! Free Wi-Fi is available in the apartment!

Nice apartment near the main train station

Close to the center two-room apartment with kitchen, bathroom and living room with balcony. The tram stop is right outside the front door. Mannheim Central Station is a 7-10 minute walk or 2 tram stops away. The Rhine promenade in the area invites you to jog or walk. Free parking is a 10-minute walk away. Please only smoke on the balcony.
