This typical and picturesque house, dating from 1725, was completely renovated in 2014. It combines old (bay window, waxed concrete and charm in a quiet and very pleasant living environment. The house is located in the middle of the Passage des Lavoirs, a pedestrian-only passage that ensures the calm and picturesque side of the premises (parking 150 meters away).

This compact 17 square metre first-floor studio with a real 160 cm bed, a modern kitchen and bathroom. The apartment has free street parking and is situated in the centre of Molsheim, close to all amenities. several eateries. It's an eight-minute walk to the train station. Strasbourg may be reached in 25 minutes by vehicle along the A35 or in 15 minutes by train. REMEMBER: There is street parking available for free. The studio strictly prohibits smoking. Sorry, but we are unable to accept pets.
