Die bis in den Giebel ausgebaute Wohnung strahlt einen ganz besonderen Charme aus. In der 100qm-Wohnung gibt es zwei Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbetten, ein Babybett und einen großen Wohnraum mit offener, voll ausgestatteter Küche. Das moderne Badezimmer hat eine ebenerdige Dusche mit Wandheizung.

We offer a small guest room in our cozy romantic farmhouse. The room is located in our barn and is equipped with a shower and sink. The toilet is located separately in the courtyard. The kitchen in the separate seminar house can also be used. The cozy courtyard invites you to linger. Also ideal for hikers, cyclists or motorcyclists in transit. Recently, we have a paid electric car charging station / wallbox in the yard.

Our centrally located apartment in Heimersheim, a district of Alzey, offers not only comfort, but also an abundance of activities in the region.

The courtyard/forest-like garden, which is over 600 square meters, is completely fenced. The Appelbach flows right through the middle of the small village. Dogs also like to use it for bathing.
