The ferry from the nearby harbor takes you either to the city centre or further out in the archipelago. The closest train stop is a 10 minute walk. A fantastic nature reserve is neighboring the house. Beaches, an outdoor swimming pool and a few nice restaurants nearby. The perfect house for a combination of exploring nature as well as the city!

Villa in a beautiful forest environment and about 100 meters to Sågsjön. Summer offers swimming from common docks. In winter, you can go ice skating on the lake, about a 2-minute walk. We offer a modern home with fireplace and terrace pool (14 people). Electric heating in summer and wood-burning in winter. Wood is included and is in the woodshed at the backside of the house. On our 3500 sqm nature plot you will find a large lawn, trampoline, swings, blueberry bushes and lots of spices.
