Good sunny outdoor areas, and gas barbecue. Various children's equipment; bed, chair, swing, sandpit, toys. Road all the way up (see other information). From the cabin there are many great hiking opportunities, kayaking, diving, fishing, etc. To Hanshelleren, which is a unique climbing area, it is about 4 km. 7 km from the cabin there is a shop with a good selection of goods and a restaurant.

In the guest house it is nice to just be, or you can go in the woods, on the mountain, along the highway or explore the sea life (boat/canoe/kayak) and try your luck at fishing. Cabin in Flatanger

Cozy waterfront house in Kjærsundet, 5 minutes from Lauvsnes city center where you can refuel the boat from the jetty and there is a grocery store nearby. The Zanzibar Inn restaurant is also located at the edge of the jetty. At Lauvsnes there is also a fast charger for electric cars. The apartment is bright and modern and fully equipped with dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, microwave, freezer, hairdryer, etc. There are 2 bedrooms with 2 beds in each room. Modern bathroom with shower and WC. Boat can also be rented by appointment.

There are horses on the farm that can be seen from the house. Enjoyed it here with the whole family, no traffic past the house. If you want accommodation for more than four, it is possible to rent a studio in addition. Possibilities to rent a stable for horses if needed. The mirror suite offers a stay close to nature and with a fantastic view. Suite because it contains everything you need for a good stay, and more than that. The mirror suite has a mirror function in two walls. You can see out, but no one can see in. Not even the wild animals, birds, foxes or moose that wander by. You live centrally, not far from the store and people, but still completely for yourself. Lovely bathroom with shower and hot water. Private wood-fired sauna in a house nearby. The atmosphere can only be good.

But to put it straight at once; -this is a dead simple shack almost sliding into the breaking waves of the dark deep lake full of annoying trout wakes and paralyzing wet whisper under the floorboards to seduce you straight into nirvana... unless the awkwardly kitschy sunsets starts feeding your insomnia. But don't panic, you will not experience something like this every day. So every minute counts...

Pingvinen on Ytterøy

Our penguin is a movable igloo of 20 m2, with 360 degrees view of the lake and land. For most people, a location close to the sea will be the first choice. Trondheimsfjordens perle is a good starting point for experiencing an environment with a lower pulse, history, hunting and fishing and outdoor life, a battery charger in other words. We can help with most things, transport, catering, boat rental, etc. Please note that it can get hot indoors when the sun is up, even with the aircon on.
