The Zanzibar Inn restaurant is also located at the edge of the jetty. At Lauvsnes there is also a fast charger for electric cars. The apartment is bright and modern and fully equipped with dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, microwave, freezer, hairdryer, etc. There are 2 bedrooms with 2 beds in each room. Moengen er plassert utenfor allfarvei i et naturskjønt område, med utsikt mot sør og Trondheimsfjorden. Dersom du er heldig er det ikke sjelden at det beiter elg og rådyr på enga nedenfor husene. Leiligheten på 75 m2, og er innredet i trematerialer. På den mørke årstiden lyser Trondheim by opp nattehimmelen mot sør. Dette er en tid på året som kommunens flotte lysløyper kan brukes.

Proximity to E6 (3.6 km), the centre of Verdalsøra (3.9 km) and Stiklestad.
