Cozy waterfront house in Kjærsundet, 5 minutes from Lauvsnes city center where you can refuel the boat from the jetty and there is a grocery store nearby. The Zanzibar Inn restaurant is also located at the edge of the jetty. At Lauvsnes there is also a fast charger for electric cars. The apartment is bright and modern and fully equipped with dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, microwave, freezer, hairdryer, etc. There are 2 bedrooms with 2 beds in each room. Here you live quietly and undisturbed, but with a short distance to both the city center, Moan and the hiking areas around Eidsbotn. The apartment has four beds: one bedroom with a double bed and a spacious sofa bed in the living room with room for two. Large windows provide good light and nice views, and the atmosphere is warm and cozy – both for short and longer stays.

In the bedroom there is a double bed, while the attic room is furnished with floor mattresses. Travel bed for children (up to 15 kg) is available in the cabin. Steep stairs up to the bedroom.
