13 minutes by car to the ski stadium! Large garage with electric car chargers and the option of a "grease pit". Big 4 bedroom house! Close to the city centre, but on a cul-de-sac with a nice view and quiet surroundings. 2 living rooms, 1 bathroom, 1 toilet, large outdoor area with access to a barbecue (summer) and a fire pit! Private laundry room. 5-7 minutes by car to the city centre. 1 room is private and will be locked. Bedroom 1: 150 bed 2nd bedroom: 180 bed Bedroom 3: 120 bed Bedroom 4: 120 bed Important: we have a dog, so some dog hair is not to be avoided.

TV with Apple TV, where there are many channels installed. Otherwise, a rich selection of movies on DVD/Blu-ray. Bedroom with double bed, daybed in living room can be turned into a double bed. High chair as well as cutlery, cup and dish/bowl for small children available. Wi-Fi Extra bed can be placed in the living room if a 5th bed is required. Relax with the whole family or alone in solitude at this peaceful residence. Take out the garden furniture and enjoy the tranquility of your own garden. We have started renovating the old house, but are not finished. Some things are missing before it's perfect, but we'd like to share this house with you. Quiet location in a building area. Only 5 min walk to city bus that runs every half hour and bus that runs every hour to Steinkjer. Nice hiking areas nearby, swimming area that is not too far from the airport. Good parking space

Quietly located cottage on a hill with breathtaking views over the Trondheimfjord. Ideal sun conditions from morning to evening – perfect for relaxation in the middle of nature. Open plan living area with cozy sofa, rocking chair, panoramic windows and fireplace. Suitable for singles, couples, families and small groups of up to 5 people. From the front door, you can go straight onto the hiking trail to Bjørnbettet (310 m) or Litlheia (357 m) and many more. The fjord can be reached after approximately 1.5 kilometres.

Here you live quietly and undisturbed, but with a short distance to both the city center, Moan and the hiking areas around Eidsbotn. The apartment has four beds: one bedroom with a double bed and a spacious sofa bed in the living room with room for two. Large windows provide good light and nice views, and the atmosphere is warm and cozy – both for short and longer stays.
