1 hour south of Paris, in a small hamlet, this old stone house offers you comfort and an exceptional setting to spend an excellent weekend or more, with family or friends. Fully equipped to accommodate young children. Stone house built in 1870 on 3 levels, it is located on a closed plot of 2500 m2 wooded and landscaped. On the ground floor: a large living/dining room of about 35 m2 with a large fireplace, an office with 1 single bed and an extra bed, a bathroom with toilet and a fully equipped kitchen. On the 1st floor, 3 large, bright, fully renovated bedrooms with double bed, 1 separate toilet and a shower room. Finally on the top floor, under the attic, a bedroom with 3 twin beds and a game room that can be converted into a bedroom if necessary. For the reception of young children, the house is equipped with travel cots, changing mat, baby bath and high chair. - High-speed Internet Wi-Fi access throughout the house. - Cable TV with many channels (Freebox) - BlueRay & DVD player - Airplay Hi-Fi channel to broadcast your own musical atmosphere. - You have access to the fireplace to enjoy the beautiful winter evening. (We will ask you for a small contribution for the wood). The house is equipped with smoke detectors and a fire extinguisher. - In summer, you have access to all the garden furniture to enjoy the beautiful summer days (sun lounger, outdoor table, barbecue...) - Upon arrival, each guest will have a towel at their disposal for the duration of the stay. - All sheets are provided. Upon arrival, the beds will be clean and made. - In the kitchen, you have access to all the amenities (dishwasher, toaster, kettle, filter coffee machine and Nespresso, oven...). For your convenience, we can organize and provide breakfast at an additional cost. (Juice, brioche, jam, bread, honey, Nutella, Cruesli and Muesli...) Please contact us with any requests you may have. We will do our best to fulfill them. We will welcome you and introduce you to the house on the day of your arrival so that you have no difficulty during your stay. We will remain available for any questions. If you wish, we can offer you walks, leisure activities, and visits to the region. The house is not overlooked and is located in an old small village of about 15 houses at the bottom of the Essonne valley, next to the Château de Rouville. The road that leads to it is a dead end, which ensures you perfect tranquility. From the house, you have a large number of walks or bike rides to enjoy nature. The house is accessible by car in 1 hour from Paris. Very easy access by the A6 (A6 motorway). It is also possible to get there by train from Paris Châtelet or Gare de Lyon by RER C Terminus MALESHERBES. However, you will need to plan the transfer between the station and the house (5 minutes by car).

A fully refurbished 80 m² barn, renovated in 2022 with every comfort, will be perfect for your weekends/holidays with the family (1 double bed 160 × 200 available; children over 2 years old can sleep on a sofa bed or in a cot). Couple in need of peace and quiet in the countryside! Maximum 2 adults. Large garden/swimming pool/swing/trampoline/board games, TV with Netflix, Amazon and Molotov. All amenities within a few kilometres. Parties / Professional photos / Ceremonies / Pets not allowed. For insurance purposes, the number of guests must match the booking.

Beautiful loft apartment located in the charming village of Noisy-sur-école 67 km southeast of Paris. The apartment is a 10-minute walk from the ‘Trois Pignons’ forest, a well-known destination for climbing (bouldering), hiking, and horseback riding. A 10-minute drive takes you to the town of Milly-la-Forêt, which has exceptional bakeries, cheese / wine shops, and a famous market. A 20-minute drive takes you to other historical villages and castles, including Fontainebleau.

This peaceful home offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. This Canadian chalet lost in the woods of the fountainbleau forest is the perfect setting for a return to the roots. In the morning you will certainly have the chance to see wild boars or deer in the 3ha unenclosed wooded park that surrounds the cottage. A hiking trail runs along the property and allows hours of hiking away from civilization! Two other chalets on the property share the children's playground.

You have a private terrace with a splendid view of the forest and the rocks overlooking the village. Ideally located close to the most popular climbing sites in the Fontainebleau forest (the three pinnacles, Buthiers, Larchant, Nemours, the state forest), the Buthiers leisure center and the Augerville golf course.

The Marais de Larchant, a labyrinth of canals with a view on the medieval Saint Mathurin basilica, lies just West of the Fontainebleau forest, close to the famous bouldering spot of la Dame Jouanne. The house rented is fully independent, with 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 1 kitchen, 1 dining room and a large drawing room. It has its own linen, kitchenware and cutlery. Former outbuilding of the Château de Malesherbes which provided bread via a secret passage... Well, since then, unfortunately the secret passage has been blocked and has become our cellar... We are located on a long hiking trail close to the Buthiers Forest. You can rock in the hammock when you return from hiking, climbing, or cycling... If you want to meet up with 6 people, you can also book the other gîte "Le Repère des Crapahuteurs"
