An 80 m² barn, renovated in 2022, with all comforts, will be perfect for your weekends/holidays as a couple (1 double bed 160 x 200, cot with comfortable mattress on request). Maximum two adults. Electric car charging station at cost price. Space/swimming pool/swing/baby sandpit/trampoline/TV with Netflix, Amazon and Molotov. Shops a few kilometres away. Parties/professional photos/ceremonies and pets are not allowed. For our insurance, the number of people must match the booking.

Cottage L'Escalade is located in the Gâtinais Regional Natural Park, between the Fontainebleau Forest and the Trois Pignons Massif. Built in the center of a 4200 m² plot nestled among unusual rock formations and forest, it offers 90 m² of living space. The basement features a 50 m² games room with foosball, American pool, and ping-pong. Cottage L'Escalade has been designed to offer you a change of scenery, tranquility, and fresh air. Enjoy a 100 m2 house completely renovated and comfortable. 1 hour from Paris, 30 minutes from Fontainebleau and its forest as well as its castle and 10 minutes from Buthiers and its leisure center and rocks, (by car). The house is located in the heart of the city on the main street (quite busy). Close to the RER D station, the city center, shops and restaurants, which are 5 minutes' walk away. This peaceful home offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. This Canadian chalet lost in the woods of the fountainbleau forest is the perfect setting for a return to the roots. In the morning you will certainly have the chance to see wild boars or deer in the 3ha unenclosed wooded park that surrounds the cottage. A hiking trail runs along the property and allows hours of hiking away from civilization! Two other chalets on the property share the children's playground.

Former outbuilding of the Château de Malesherbes which provided bread via a secret passage... Well, since then, unfortunately the secret passage has been blocked and has become our cellar... We are located on a long hiking trail close to the Buthiers Forest. You can rock in the hammock when you return from hiking, climbing, or cycling... If you want to meet up with 6 people, you can also book the other gîte "Le Repère des Crapahuteurs"
