With access to our 12 x5.5 metre pool, roof terraces, 2000m² mature garden and secluded bbq area you'll be sure to enjoy your visit to the Aude region. The Apartment offers two double bedrooms and one single, a large kitchen dining room, family bathroom and spacious sitting room with dedicated work space.

Ideally located 200 meters from the medieval city of Carcassonne and a ten-minute walk from the city center, this 23 m² studio equipped with everything you need is perfect for a solo or couple stay. Recently refurbished, the main room which is the TV lounge also has a sleeping area with a sofa bed. The south-facing courtyard is very pleasant for meals and aperitifs. All shops are within walking distance. This cottage is the starting point for discovering Cathar Country.

The accommodation is quiet and not overlooked and has its own private entrance. The studio is attached to our house. A 5.50*3.50 m (unheated) swimming pool will be reserved for you. A charcoal barbecue is available. It must not be moved.

Covered terrace of 35 m² directly overlooking the sand (sea 50 meters away but view of dune in front). Ceiling at 1.95 meters (6 ft 5 in). Total independence and deep cleaning between each guest.
